In the Market Deeping store on Christmas Eve during my lunch hour I needed a product which wasn't on the shelves, the assistant who was very busy went and found the product that I needed and brought it to me. Again today in the Bourne store a product that I wanted wasn't on the shelves and an assistant went and found it for me. Exceptional service.

Preordered a game paid extra for it to get here on the day of release but no, due to Tesco wanting to save money they go through a third party. Don't bother going through Tesco waste of time and money, no help from customers support either.

Used their click and collect service at Hampstead and they could not scan my order and had no back up protocol that allowed me to collect my goods. As a newly diagnosed diabetic I waited around and my blood sugar started dropping. When I told the staff member, he said I should have thought about that before I came in. I didn't expect to be waiting around in the store that long due to their technical issue. On leaving the store, he called me a fucking bitch. I wrote a complaint and they took forever to come back to me. They said the colleague handled himself well and there was no evidence that he did what he did despite my teenage daughter being present and hearing his abusive behaviour.

Two weeks ago after shopping at Tesco's, St Stephens, Hull with my husband Stephen who is not very well and suffers Parkinson's Deseases. He was not feeling well and I wanted to get him in the car and shopping in the boot, as quick as possible to get him home to rest. In the rush I accidentally put my handbag in the boot, then shut the boot realising immediately I had looked us both out of the car with no coats, phones nothing! The security guys at the store were great and Grant at Customer Services was fantastic. He let me use the store phone to contact RAC. We were kept comfortable in store and my husband was offered cushions by Grants colleague Sharon. We were able to use the store as a contact number for the RAC, and Grant kept us up to date if they called. Once RAC arrived they thought is was best to send us home in a taxi to get spare keys. Once again using Tesco's as a contact point! Grant also looked up the telephone number on his own mobile of my daughters work, so I could let her know what had happened, as she had now way of contacting me and I was expecting a call from her. Grant also looked out for the taxi and let us know when it had arrived, we then went home, got the spare and all ok. After making such a silly mistake it was wonderful to have such great staff to help, and made me realise how much I have become dependant on my mobile phone!

hi i shop at tesco on great horton road bradford bd7 every day, tracy that works at cigarette counter always has a smile on her face and has always been very polite and very helpfull at all times .regardless of all the complains i've made about some of the staff at this store.she never judges me on what i have bought or how many times i have visited the store on that day. its a shame that all the staff at this store don't mind there own business and let customers pick up what ever they want , whether that is reduce price goods or full price.or even if they are just walking around waiting for the reduce items to come out. . Not only that while they are getting paid to be working they are running first to pick up there reductduction and left over stock comes out on shop floor when your regular customers have left the store, i could have easily had a hidden camerah on me and captuered the dirty games that they have been playing with me and to some of the other customers aswell and goen to the watch dog programme. i have spoken to the store manager and he has assured me that this will not happen again. i have been a customer of this store for the past ten years now. i never shop anywhere else even if it is cheaper else.where.

I'm a new customer of Tesco Direct and find it superb - cant give it enough credit. Would like to add personal recommendation for Mitch my delivery driver ( Lincoln) who was very helpful and friendly and helped me unload the baskets so I, for one, very happy with the all-round shopping experience!!

I made one purchace at 1pm today. The was a large queue at the checkout so I used the self service checkout. The machine would not accept my card as it said I removed it too soon. After two attempts I pressed the back button and paid cash. It took my £5 note but shut down. I asker for help and the assistant who arrived was not happy. He said I told him that I would only use the cashier but there was a queue and I didn't. After checking the cash I was given a refund and paid the cashier. I was treated really badly.

"Move your as*s!" - Tesco delivery man Ron said to me. I used tesco delivery to by food and faced rudeness and aggression of their delivery man Ron. Tesco says on their website "Our drivers deliver the groceries to your door (or your fridge door if you like)". The delivery man put boxes with my order near the entrance to my building. I asked him to bring it to the door of my flat. He refused my request. He became very aggressive and said that if I was not taking the boxes he would take it back to the car. He started to move boxes to the car when I said that I was going to complain. Than, Rod told me: "Move your as*s!" and started to carry boxes to the door of my flat. He was vary aggressive, his hands were shaking. When he said something inappropriate about my 2 years old son! I called Tesco. Nothing has been done by this moment.

Tesco...Mobile phone CONTRACT NOT :| Back ground....i know nothing about mobile phones or contracts i had always used pay as you go phones i decided it was time to have a mobile phone contract as i am self employed and struggled with the functions of basic m phones So As Tescos Horley was very close to ware i lived, it would be a good idea to go them oh my god what a mistake i thought the contract was with Tesco it was not they had sold me a telephone contract with 02 the phone started jamming after four months i could dial out when called customer service they told me i had used my allowance i explained i didnt have any limit on my phone as choose to pay the higest contract they had unlimited calls, unlimited texts unlimited internet about £60.00 per month so i asked right lets get some credit on it then so i put £150.00 on it by phone a week later that had run out....this went on for two weeks i cant remember exactly how how much i paid out about £500.00 all told over a five week period they told me i should not have a contract with them as i am self employed and they considered it unfair use..as i used my phone a lot the phone was jammed again...i spent three hours in the store tesco told me then. it was nothing to do with them but 02 so in the end i said ok then i have a hand set that dosen't work and a service that i can not use so i called the manager in store and told him they had failed to provide a hand set and Telephone service i considered them in breach of contract, i told them i would let the dd go out at the end of the month. but the contract was at an end i wrote and complained they took no action i wrote to the chairman but that was ignored they sent me a final response letter, refusing to do anything and if i didn't like it go to the ombudsman. Tesco then tried for three months to take the monthly fee but i had cancelled the direct debit Tesco issued a summons for the three months payments i refused to pay it they obtained a county court judgement against me which still stands, when hell freezes over tesco will i pay for something that does not work incidentally i went too E E the same day and took out a new contract with them i have been with them 3 years now.....never a days problem...... Tesco your Rubbish.

Went at 9.45 to Crewe store majority of the fresh produce I.e. Vegetables and fruit were dated either today or tomorrow. Is this a cynical ploy by Tesco to make people make additional visits to buy goods and spend more.

My daughter is at uni 100 miles away from me, as she was really ill, the night before, I booked and paid for (I believed) a home delivery for her as I'm disabled and it's a massive thing for me to go that far. I got my daughter to get up and dressed in time for their 10-11 delivery slot ... nothing happened. At 1.25pm I got a call saying there had been a massive system failure resulting in non of the orders being downloaded from the system and it had happened across the uk effecting many shops and thousands of customers. They said everyone notified so far had booked the following day so there was a slot 2 days later if I wanted it! As my daughter has no transport and was very ill, I drove to my local Tesco to try to manually pay for it as I was told nothing was taken from my account so they didn't have a contract with me, i asked if under he circumstances, they could cover taxi for my daughter as she only lives 1 mile from store as she was way too ill to walk, but told no, they didn't offer that. I also spoke to the manager of Tesco.com there and spoke on the phone to Tesco.com who said even though they appreciated my situation, they couldn't favour one customer above others and there was nothing they could do! They had not left enough time to allow me to re order something from another supermarket either! I emailed customer support and was told amongst other things " We offer a service where we pick and deliver your shopping so this doesn't extend to any care arrangements for illness or anything related" I had ordered in good faith, I had received a confirmation email for my order, so stupidly believed it was going through. They had eventually got round to telling me nearly 3.5 hours after they should have first delivered it. Needless to say, I don't shop at Tesco or Tesco.com any more! Disgusted is putting it mildly!
