Bought a Tesco branded kettle about 12 months ago and on using the kettle yesterday my hand was scolded whilst pouring the water out. On looking at the water level window the top of the plastic window was cracked. The window is inside the handle on the kettle body and would be very difficult to damage the window in this position. I questioned my wife and she confirmed that the kettle had not been dropped or had a accident that could have caused the damage. Realising that this is a safety issue, I wrote a report on the Tesco product website warning of this issue. This morning I read a email from Tesco saying that they had removed my report as it did not meet there criteria. What is the point of Tesco having customer reviews if customers cannot bring issues to attention of potential buyers and also potential injuries due to this issue? I will never believe or bother reading a Tesco customer review again.

I've been a costumer at tesco in Bulwell for along time but it's really frustrating when people park in the child parking zones with no children I was there a few weeks ago and two young lads parked in a child bay in a van with no children and didn't even go to tesco. As a mum of two young children getting them in and out of car seats is more diffcult in a normal space. I thought tesco was fining people for this but doesn't seem to be in force yet??

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Haven't shopped in Tesco for a while but so pleased with today's experience I am switching my allegiance from Sainsbury, this is a major choice change for me.

On quite a few occasions I've used the scan as you shop. In Haverfordwest. When at the till. I've requested that the security tags be taken off bottles of alcohol. Only to be told in a very rude manner that the tags will be removed after I've paid. Staff have virtually watched me pay for the item in question. Then demand to see my receipt. Before removing the security tags. That's after watching me pay for the item in question. And arrogantly saying how they are just doing their job. Here I've said I thought you were here to serve me. Then they have said it's Tesco's policy. And they are just doing their job. So much for customer service. I've also been threatened with being barred from my local store. Whilst being spoken to in the rudest possible way.

I bought 3 karchers jet washers for my kids for Xmas 2 of them have been used for the first time and both broke in the same places!!! We have not even tried the 3rd one yet. However tesco helpline and technical team don't want to know and say it is user error! How can it be user error after 10 mins of use and not one but two have broke in exactly the same place. It's criminal that they can treat people like this and I suggest you never buy anything from tesco direct you stand more chance of getting your money back on faulty goods at a car boot sale then from these guys. I am going to inform trading standards of there malpractice and I suggest others who have the same problem do the same

I had a working dog with me when i went to shop at your store in December. However I was stopped at the door and was told I could not shop as I had a dog with me. I explained he was a working dog. But was refused entry. I got in touch with tescos a few phone calls followed. Then contact stopped. It's clear from my experience that tescos in my opinion is not disabled friendly. I have not been in a Tesco store since. And will not return for the above reasons.

In the Market Deeping store on Christmas Eve during my lunch hour I needed a product which wasn't on the shelves, the assistant who was very busy went and found the product that I needed and brought it to me. Again today in the Bourne store a product that I wanted wasn't on the shelves and an assistant went and found it for me. Exceptional service.

Preordered a game paid extra for it to get here on the day of release but no, due to Tesco wanting to save money they go through a third party. Don't bother going through Tesco waste of time and money, no help from customers support either.

Used their click and collect service at Hampstead and they could not scan my order and had no back up protocol that allowed me to collect my goods. As a newly diagnosed diabetic I waited around and my blood sugar started dropping. When I told the staff member, he said I should have thought about that before I came in. I didn't expect to be waiting around in the store that long due to their technical issue. On leaving the store, he called me a fucking bitch. I wrote a complaint and they took forever to come back to me. They said the colleague handled himself well and there was no evidence that he did what he did despite my teenage daughter being present and hearing his abusive behaviour.

Two weeks ago after shopping at Tesco's, St Stephens, Hull with my husband Stephen who is not very well and suffers Parkinson's Deseases. He was not feeling well and I wanted to get him in the car and shopping in the boot, as quick as possible to get him home to rest. In the rush I accidentally put my handbag in the boot, then shut the boot realising immediately I had looked us both out of the car with no coats, phones nothing! The security guys at the store were great and Grant at Customer Services was fantastic. He let me use the store phone to contact RAC. We were kept comfortable in store and my husband was offered cushions by Grants colleague Sharon. We were able to use the store as a contact number for the RAC, and Grant kept us up to date if they called. Once RAC arrived they thought is was best to send us home in a taxi to get spare keys. Once again using Tesco's as a contact point! Grant also looked up the telephone number on his own mobile of my daughters work, so I could let her know what had happened, as she had now way of contacting me and I was expecting a call from her. Grant also looked out for the taxi and let us know when it had arrived, we then went home, got the spare and all ok. After making such a silly mistake it was wonderful to have such great staff to help, and made me realise how much I have become dependant on my mobile phone!
