"Move your as*s!" - Tesco delivery man Ron said to me. I used tesco delivery to by food and faced rudeness and aggression of their delivery man Ron. Tesco says on their website "Our drivers deliver the groceries to your door (or your fridge door if you like)". The delivery man put boxes with my order near the entrance to my building. I asked him to bring it to the door of my flat. He refused my request. He became very aggressive and said that if I was not taking the boxes he would take it back to the car. He started to move boxes to the car when I said that I was going to complain. Than, Rod told me: "Move your as*s!" and started to carry boxes to the door of my flat. He was vary aggressive, his hands were shaking. When he said something inappropriate about my 2 years old son! I called Tesco. Nothing has been done by this moment.

Tesco...Mobile phone CONTRACT NOT :| Back ground....i know nothing about mobile phones or contracts i had always used pay as you go phones i decided it was time to have a mobile phone contract as i am self employed and struggled with the functions of basic m phones So As Tescos Horley was very close to ware i lived, it would be a good idea to go them oh my god what a mistake i thought the contract was with Tesco it was not they had sold me a telephone contract with 02 the phone started jamming after four months i could dial out when called customer service they told me i had used my allowance i explained i didnt have any limit on my phone as choose to pay the higest contract they had unlimited calls, unlimited texts unlimited internet about £60.00 per month so i asked right lets get some credit on it then so i put £150.00 on it by phone a week later that had run out....this went on for two weeks i cant remember exactly how how much i paid out about £500.00 all told over a five week period they told me i should not have a contract with them as i am self employed and they considered it unfair use..as i used my phone a lot the phone was jammed again...i spent three hours in the store tesco told me then. it was nothing to do with them but 02 so in the end i said ok then i have a hand set that dosen't work and a service that i can not use so i called the manager in store and told him they had failed to provide a hand set and Telephone service i considered them in breach of contract, i told them i would let the dd go out at the end of the month. but the contract was at an end i wrote and complained they took no action i wrote to the chairman but that was ignored they sent me a final response letter, refusing to do anything and if i didn't like it go to the ombudsman. Tesco then tried for three months to take the monthly fee but i had cancelled the direct debit Tesco issued a summons for the three months payments i refused to pay it they obtained a county court judgement against me which still stands, when hell freezes over tesco will i pay for something that does not work incidentally i went too E E the same day and took out a new contract with them i have been with them 3 years now.....never a days problem...... Tesco your Rubbish.

Went at 9.45 to Crewe store majority of the fresh produce I.e. Vegetables and fruit were dated either today or tomorrow. Is this a cynical ploy by Tesco to make people make additional visits to buy goods and spend more.

My daughter is at uni 100 miles away from me, as she was really ill, the night before, I booked and paid for (I believed) a home delivery for her as I'm disabled and it's a massive thing for me to go that far. I got my daughter to get up and dressed in time for their 10-11 delivery slot ... nothing happened. At 1.25pm I got a call saying there had been a massive system failure resulting in non of the orders being downloaded from the system and it had happened across the uk effecting many shops and thousands of customers. They said everyone notified so far had booked the following day so there was a slot 2 days later if I wanted it! As my daughter has no transport and was very ill, I drove to my local Tesco to try to manually pay for it as I was told nothing was taken from my account so they didn't have a contract with me, i asked if under he circumstances, they could cover taxi for my daughter as she only lives 1 mile from store as she was way too ill to walk, but told no, they didn't offer that. I also spoke to the manager of Tesco.com there and spoke on the phone to Tesco.com who said even though they appreciated my situation, they couldn't favour one customer above others and there was nothing they could do! They had not left enough time to allow me to re order something from another supermarket either! I emailed customer support and was told amongst other things " We offer a service where we pick and deliver your shopping so this doesn't extend to any care arrangements for illness or anything related" I had ordered in good faith, I had received a confirmation email for my order, so stupidly believed it was going through. They had eventually got round to telling me nearly 3.5 hours after they should have first delivered it. Needless to say, I don't shop at Tesco or Tesco.com any more! Disgusted is putting it mildly!

I was emailed to review my purchase (which I loved) but I had experienced a mix up with tesco delivery (they delivered the product in the wrong colour) and actually had some spare time so thought "hey, why not?". Filled it all in etc and then the next morning had an email saying my review had been moderated! I've attempted to upload a picture of the email but it isn't working, so I shall copy and paste my review below, but I hardly think it's offensive in any way, just the truth! "Excellent product... but Tesco delivered the wrong colour. The Actifry is amazing, i've cooked chips, veg and meat in there and all come out perfectly! Meat cooks surprisingly well in here! I thoroughly recommend this product! I ordered this Actifry XL express in white, however when delivered (to a collection point where I retrieved it) I had received a black one. Not a massive issue it would have just gone better in my kitchen, but the thought of having to send it back and await another delivery for when I was available I just couldn't be bothered." Tesco moderators emailed this: "Sdavis87,   Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" I would like to know exactly what I said that did not meet their websites guidelines! No wonder why they all have good reviews on tesco... they won't allow any bad ones!!

Went to Tesco today and they had stuff on clearance which was originally 3 pounds reduced to 75 pence and even though it was marked down they would honour it saying it was a mistake and the staff member was very rude

Ste at Tesco Mather Ave Liverpool made an aging lady laugh by finding her dropped coin under the disabled wheelchair . He wouldn't give up and really went above and beyond!! People are quick to complain. Thought I'd redress balance a bit.

I went to Tesco and bought some raspberries, I opened them and I ate a few, then I noticed a dead spider in a raspberry. I don't even want to know if there are more in there or how many I might of eaten of course it put me off and I didn't eat anymore, just glad it wasn't a young child that ate them. I think it's awful and these were Tesco branded other wise I would of contacted the actual company

I attended Tesco store Whiteley in Hampshire on 11.02.17 to do a big family shop. The following day on 12.02.17 at lunchtime I went to open a carton of value olives to give to the kids. The wife noticed the 'Use by' date was 09.02.17 , making the olives 2 days of of date at the point of sale. I was very disappointed and concerned about the value Tesco places on food safety. I went to the two website and notified customer service department. A great response took place with 'Elizabeth' from head office calling me within 2 hours to apologise, agreeing it was not acceptable. I was told the store manager had been notified who was checking the shelves for any other out of date stock and that the manager would then call me direct. The store manager did not call me.....I waited in for the call. On the 13.02.17 I filled out a follow up to customer service email asking about my experience. I expressed my dissatisfaction at the lack of contact from the store. Still no contact from the store. I figured I would give the store a week to respond. As of today 19.02.17 I have had no further contact. Tesco have not had the decency to call me back or even offer to replace the olives. Under the general for law it is an offence for a retailer to sell 'unsafe' food, and EU regulation 1169 clarified in 2011 that this would include any food past it's is by date. As such I am reporting the matter to trading standards to deal with.

wish tesco till operators knew about the security tags on the items which they have to remove before handing over the item to the customer. So that the security alarm dose not go off and embarrass the customer every time they pay and leave the store. this has happened to me almost every time iv'e bought clothing from tesco.

Had an issue with some bread from the Jesmond store. The guy I spoke to was really helpful and clearly wanted to sort out the issue to my satisfaction. I couldn't have asked for better customer support. I'm impressed.

Terrible customer service! Erith store is a shambles. My review relates to the Erith store, so your experience may differ. I moved house and updated my app, I didn't check that this had pulled through online unfortunately, so when I bought my next shop using the online service instead, it was delivered to my old address by mistake. Not as much of a problem as it may appear, I only moved 1.8 miles. I usually use the phone app, so had already been getting Tesco deliveries at the new address, my payment card was also registered to the new address. However, jobsworth, faceless, non customer facing manager at Erith store just decided to tell the driver he was not allowed to re-direct. Not because of time pressure or because it was out of his route, oh no, but just because they are 'not allowed and would be sacked'? Absolute melodramatic nonsense. I called customer service and explained all the above and was told, 'we have no authority in the matter' ??? so basically customer service are a waste of time (they are very pleasant though). So Erith would rather take all my food back to the store at Tesco's expense than use common sense judgement here and not even customer services could do anything to stop them. Great business model Tesco! I would understand if my new address was not registered to my account (it was), I would understand if they had never delivered there before (they had several times), I would understand if my payment card was not registered at my new address (It is), so as a result I really, really do not understand the logic of taking my shop back to the store instead of travelling 1.8 miles? Can anyone from Tesco explain this or what risk Erith store were taking that they thought their jobs were at such terrible peril? I would have more understanding if the store were models of service themselves but they deliver my shop late every week (this is not exaggeration), some of the substitutes are questionable, the drivers can be rude, stupid or both (some are great too!), the poor drivers are sent out with no computer thingy and are often just put on at the last minute, I stopped complaining about the delivery times years ago and just accepted that it 'just the way it was'. I had a lot of understanding with your shortcomings Erith Tesco, it's a shame you couldn't help me out! I cancelled my delivery saver and I am now a Sainsburys customer. Vote with your wallet, its the only language some companies understand unfortunately.
