“I am disabled and use my local large Tesco's Mobility Scooter. The staff are also very helpful but last time I visited the lady on the checkout went above and beyond for me. She was so polite and friendly and not only did she pack all my shopping for me but she came out from her checkout to put them back on the scooter for me. They don't always pack for me or ask if I need help and this lady was a credit to the store.”

“Almost 2 years ago we switched from using Tesco and their delivery service to Asda. It was an unmittigated disaster. We have now returned to Tesco and use their home delivery. yes you pay a few pennies more, but the quality of the service is far far superior. Decent sell by dates, few substitutions (and those there are have been reasonably thought out). On time deliveries, some even arrive early! One delivery suffered a vehicle breakdown. We received a very apologetic phone call from the driver, but at our suggestion we went to the van and collected our shopping. We took the opportunity to take a cuppa to the driver, who was appreciative. Tesco have clearly majored on customer service and all is good!”

“Tesco customer service is excellent and using club card helps customers a lot in different ways to use those points.The quality of products is remarkable.Everything about Tesco is amazing and to have a superstore like Tesco is beyond our imagination.Without a Tesco supermarket I cant think what would I have done. I love Tesco superstore to bits.”

“THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME FIND THE THINGS ON THE 'LIST' AND SO NOT GET THE WRONG THING (AND EARACHE)..........................MAN ALONE MISSION. IF A PROBLEM ITEM OR NOT ON THE SHELF THEY WILL INEVITABLY OFFER TO 'LOOK FOR ME' TO GET ME OUT OF TROUBLE AND INTO BROWNIE POINTS. THEY'RE ALWAYS COURTIOUS AND KIND AND NOTHING SEEMS TOO MUCH BOTHER - EVEN WHEN THEY'RE BUSY.”

“1.service received on the shopfloor, an enquiry made as to how long an offer was on with a product. 2.The guy on the check out was particularly friendly, built rapport and made my visit worthwhile, as I got the best deal with my favourite prosecco!”

“Very helpful with delivery, i'm currently disabled, the gentleman helped me with all the shopping and even started putting bits away in the fridge, he was a local man and we had a bit of small talk about the area before he wished me better on my recovery.”
