“Went to tesco where I haven't shopped before very lost looking for cooking ingredients ,ask staff member called Sarah who took me to the right aisle ,helped me find ice cream sauces .Ask if I needed any more help ,and then was willing to help me look for nuts .Sarah was helpfully friendly and lovely to chat to”
“The online delivery process was easy. Reasonable replacements were made, and we were okay with that. The only issue was that no one called to mention that the card used for the purchase failed, until they were outside of the house.”
“I am disabled and use my local large Tesco's Mobility Scooter. The staff are also very helpful but last time I visited the lady on the checkout went above and beyond for me. She was so polite and friendly and not only did she pack all my shopping for me but she came out from her checkout to put them back on the scooter for me. They don't always pack for me or ask if I need help and this lady was a credit to the store.”
“Almost 2 years ago we switched from using Tesco and their delivery service to Asda. It was an unmittigated disaster. We have now returned to Tesco and use their home delivery. yes you pay a few pennies more, but the quality of the service is far far superior. Decent sell by dates, few substitutions (and those there are have been reasonably thought out). On time deliveries, some even arrive early!
One delivery suffered a vehicle breakdown. We received a very apologetic phone call from the driver, but at our suggestion we went to the van and collected our shopping. We took the opportunity to take a cuppa to the driver, who was appreciative.
Tesco have clearly majored on customer service and all is good!”

“THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME FIND THE THINGS ON THE 'LIST' AND SO NOT GET THE WRONG THING (AND EARACHE)..........................MAN ALONE MISSION. IF A PROBLEM ITEM OR NOT ON THE SHELF THEY WILL INEVITABLY OFFER TO 'LOOK FOR ME' TO GET ME OUT OF TROUBLE AND INTO BROWNIE POINTS.
