“Ordered a product Thursday that was given a delivery in store date of Saturday, Saturday comes product hasn’t even left the depot!! No customer service email to say any delays, customer service advisor couldn’t be bothered just offered to refund and cancel order, my daughter ended up with no birthday present until the Tuesday, not good Tesco!! One heartbroken 12 yr old who couldn’t skate on her skating birthday party, fuming!”

“My baguette had green mold in it!!!! my water had an insect floating in it and my chocolate bar i bought was 4 years out of date! also the employees were following me around and pointing at me one of them even started swearing at me”

“Saw great pound Euro rate on laptop so drove to Tesco only to be offered a lower rate 1.09 instead of 1.12. When I queried this I was told that "she didn,'t have the internet to look it up. Unbeliveable, could have got a higher rate if I;d gone to Town. Shameful”

“would not recommended that you buy online if it's with a partner. beware that if you have a change of mind you WILL be liable to a return charge. Tesco provide not support dispute their claims on the website. bought a fridge which is just slightly too big and now face a charge of over 40 pounds, dispute being told by their call center that I could return to a partner ship store. I arrived at the store to be told they could not help, which was very frustrating to say the least. called the call centre back to raise a complaint, to be true that a manager would call me, never happened. please just check if you are buying online that it's not a partnership as its not worth the hassle for returning. wish I had went to Currys and save all this time”
