“Staff on the tills at Tesco Wadebridge have been so friendly, polite, and helpful. We have used this store whilst on holiday. Thanks it’s been a real pleasure to shop in this store.”
“I have been online shopping for years, way before the pandemic. The staff at Sprowston Norwich click and collect are wonderful, they are chirpy, welcoming, always give 100% and great service. I very rarely receive substitutes but when I do they are almost always suitable. If they are not, it's not the end of the world.. I just pop in to see if there is something else available, because remember the staff can only pick what is available on the day. If you don't want the substitute, you just hand it back and they refund the item within 48hrs. The price for click and collect is extremely reasonable especially for me who hates spending my time doing the weekly shop! A tip for other shoppers who are less than pleased and quick to complain- try using the notes when selecting your items, you can ask for longest dates on things, specify a substitute you'd like in case of unavailability and even specify if you'd like green or yellow bananas!

“They have gone really expensive but they have brilliant vegan choices... however they're veg and fruit are shocking! I have a delivery every week from tesco just twice out of a year and a half have I received decent fruit and veg... it always arrives with terrible sell by dates (mostly go out of date that same day or day after ) I've also received out of date on many occasions. Or it's either damaged , bruised or going brown . Now we have reduced Tesco shops for this reason as can no longer buy food to last a whole weeks because they deliver such bad sell by dates”
“I bought 6 jars of baby food supposed to be 6 for £3 l paid £5 l was overcharged l don't collect reciepts to save paper waste l won't shop their again I'd advise other people to avoid Tesco Asda are much nicer and don't bother about reciepts awful shop avoid”

“I am getting fed up with the Tesco store near me it is in Stoke Gifford Bristol BS34 it is getting very expensive to buy shopping at this store and they 80% of the products in the store are brand makes and they do not sell any of the Tesco basic low price range products in the store either so even some of the Tesco products are expensive to but it is the only store in the village and as I have no one and no support and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons I have no option to shop there”
“Visited tesco in Daventry today and the scanner after I did my shop would not scan on to the till the staff were very quick and scanned all my shopping and put everything back as most of my shop was in my freezer bags the manageress Michelle and here staff were very helpful keep up the good work”
“I ordered for a home delivery service and I booked the slot for between 21:00 to 22:00 . On the 19th July. I got a msg from Tesco driver saying that the food will be delivered late as there was a delay.
But to my surprise the delivery driver was outside the house way before the promised time at 19:00 while I was not athome . And he leaves me with no option as he says that he couldn’t come later as he had passed his driving hours for the day. Such a shame he also said that it was Tesco’s failure in coordination which he too has experienced many a times.”
“During the pandemic we have used the home delivery service exclusively as we are both in our sixties and were anxious about going out shopping. In general we got most of what we ordered. However, on numerous occasions they informed us on the delivery note they were out of stock of certain items - Guinness for example - which we found odd as we said we would have any form of Guinness as a substitution. Often the substitutes bore no resemblence to what we ordered. Further, many items were very near their sell by date. However, what really made us view Tesco in a poor light was the time when we had ordered our usual essentials and additional items as it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday and they just cancelled the delivery for 7pm at 5pm, leaving us completly stranded! They said that it was due to their system being down!! Surely a company as large as this would have contingency plans in place so they do not leave people, especially vulnerable people, stranded. Moreover, when my wife wrote to Tesco she stated that they would not be worried if they lost our custom as we are but small fish to a company of this size. She was correct! They did not reply!! So, hopefully by writing this review we might make a small splash in the Tesco pond and others can add to the ripples that might rock their boat.”

“Tesco have started its latest advertisement ploy by making people believe they are getting a better deal and cheaper prices by holding a clubcard or data card has i like to call them and they have victimized people who dont have a clubcard with price hikes i.e one price for the people who give tesco there data via the clubcard and one for the ones who dont sign up and give thier data basically daylight robbery for people who like to keep thier data private.The only problem ive seen through research is that the clubcard customer are not getting products cheaper but getting them at the same price has asda and all the other supermarkets take a packet of pringles club card customers can pay £1.50 for the snack yet people who dont want to sign up with tesco pay £2.50 now thats daylight robbery and also conning the loyal clubcard owners into believing that they are getting a cheaper deal when infact the are not.Your data is very valuable and they use this in more ways than one PLEASE BE CAREFULL”
“Can't get drivers, remember Doncaster 2011-2012. You made 180 drivers redundant and you now say you can't get drivers LOL. WHAT'S GO'S ROUND COMES ROUND just serves you right. Tescos now complaining that they can't get the CHEAP DRIVERS FROM EUROPE. I Bet the fat cats are still getting their big fat wages.”
