“No trolleys whatsoever in trolly bays no baskets in the basket holder had to go to checkout to get a basket the clothing dept was a mess clothes all over the floor very disorganised and tge queues were a nightmare this was at Sunderland branch on Newcastle Road on Sunday 26th September at approx 11.30am”

“Highly recommend Tesco! ❤ Thanks Khadiya, the lovely assistant at Tesco Express - Hounslow for her prompt service and very pleasant manner. In the morning her smile cann bribg a big difference to many. By the way, Tesco main website is hohopeless . Pls check why it is not loading smoothly . Thanks”

“I began using the grocery delivery during the height of the pandemic and always found every driver helpful and friendly. Yes there have to be substitutions on occasion and recently there seems to have been a shortage of some things but that is not just Tesco. Yes sometimes they are a little late but they always notify by text and you can always get an update on timings on the website. Very rarely do they go over the allocated time slot. The last 6 weeks the road where I live has been out of action due to a complete resurfacing. This has meant that access has been a nightmare especially if you dont know the area. However there has not been a break in my delivery. The drivers have found a way to get to me even if it meant trundling the trolley from some distance away. I would like to praise them to the skies as they could easily have given up. Customer service has been above and beyond expectations. ( Even the local authority refuse collectors abandoned us!!) I will be continuing with my home deliveries and would not hesitate to recommend Tesco home deliveries.”

“Worst website, incredibly agonizingly slow. I have lost my slot due to the ridiculously slow unresponsive website. 2 hours of wading in treacle trying to remove items to comply with the limit, each item freezes and crashes the site when you try to remove it. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time for NOTHING.”

“Terrible terrible Tesco. Waiting over 30 days for card! Very high in shop prices, unless you have Tesco Clubcard! Now requested it but had to contact three times as their system is crooked and sent to wrong address or didn’t send at all! Waitrose has better prices and they gave me digital card as soon as requested saving plastic, post, and Not Making Excuses”

“Absolutely fuming. The delivery decided not to bother turning up. The items on my order were things I needed for the kids for the morning. Don't think I will be trusting Tesco again in future. Probably go back to Asda.”

“I have been online shopping for years, way before the pandemic. The staff at Sprowston Norwich click and collect are wonderful, they are chirpy, welcoming, always give 100% and great service. I very rarely receive substitutes but when I do they are almost always suitable. If they are not, it's not the end of the world.. I just pop in to see if there is something else available, because remember the staff can only pick what is available on the day. If you don't want the substitute, you just hand it back and they refund the item within 48hrs. The price for click and collect is extremely reasonable especially for me who hates spending my time doing the weekly shop! A tip for other shoppers who are less than pleased and quick to complain- try using the notes when selecting your items, you can ask for longest dates on things, specify a substitute you'd like in case of unavailability and even specify if you'd like green or yellow bananas! Well done Sprowston Norwich 🙂”

“I’ve had around 50 or so deliveries of Tesco shopping now and I can honestly say that each and every driver I’ve encountered has been polite and friendly with excellent communication. I’ve been so impressed with the delivery service.”

“They have gone really expensive but they have brilliant vegan choices... however they're veg and fruit are shocking! I have a delivery every week from tesco just twice out of a year and a half have I received decent fruit and veg... it always arrives with terrible sell by dates (mostly go out of date that same day or day after ) I've also received out of date on many occasions. Or it's either damaged , bruised or going brown . Now we have reduced Tesco shops for this reason as can no longer buy food to last a whole weeks because they deliver such bad sell by dates”

“I bought 6 jars of baby food supposed to be 6 for £3 l paid £5 l was overcharged l don't collect reciepts to save paper waste l won't shop their again I'd advise other people to avoid Tesco Asda are much nicer and don't bother about reciepts awful shop avoid”
