The staff were extremely helpful without being overbearing, there were shoppers walking round with shopping lists looking lost but a member of staff soon offered to help and this was appreciated by the customer, after visiting other stores were it was a free for all this was a very pleasant surprise

Extremely Helpfull and patient in setting up and providing information on our purchase of a new mobile phone. Being in our 60s it takes a little longer for modern technology to sink in...as I said extremely patient to our needs. Purchase made at tesco purley, Surrey.

Non delivery of goods, being lied too by there partner company DOMU. This is the second time they have let me down - just never deal with this third rate, poor quality, bad service and no real way of complaining company. Fortunately I paid by credit card and have told this company not to honour the payment. Hopefully if more people do this the card companies will think twice about dealing with them. Happy Xmas to all but TESCO, I hope there senior staff have a bad one.

Efficient service, I was able to use my Tesco vouchers, which were all listed online, saving me the hassle of typing in all the online codes. Product was delivered very promptly.

Received email today stating that an order I was expecting today is out of stock! Out of stock and that took them 5 days to decide that! And decided that on delivery! Will never rely on them again!!!!

One star is being generous I ordered a xmas present for my wife it was ment to be delivered today never turned up I rang Tesco customer helpline and they don't even no where it is or even weather or not it will be here by Christmas. Thanks a lot tesco for ruining Christmas.

I ordered my Christmas tree from Tesco Direct recently using the Click and Collect service. I had it delivered to my local Tesco Express (something I didn't think I could do as it's a small shop) and it even arrived two days ahead of schedule. Couldn't be happier with the service and the tree, it looks fab!

First time I have ever ordered from Tesco Direct and it's was brilliant. I ordered a product at 5.00 Sunday evening, Monday afternoon is was ready for collection at my local store. Would defintley be using Tesco Direct again

When I forget to print out my receipt at the self-service till, the assistant manager quickly got me my receipt from another machine.

Tesco's online home delivery service... What a pile of sh*t! We have been using it for a while now and just about every time there is a problem, damaged goods, almost out of date items, alternative items! They have topped the icing on the cake now though!!!! My partners did a big shop earlier today and they gave a time slot between 6-10pm. After 10pm still nothing then she called them, sat waiting on the phone finally got through to be told that they could find the address!!! Wtf... They have delivered many times before without any issues, she left her mobile number! To be told next delivery slot is Thursday! Total joke!!! She asked for a refund as no goods have been delivered and they said " 3-5working days"... This is a joke for such a big company such as Tesco's..... I would definitely avoid them as they are useless and are quick enough to take your money but as for looking after the customer they couldn't give a flighing f*-k.....
