First time I have ever ordered from Tesco Direct and it's was brilliant. I ordered a product at 5.00 Sunday evening, Monday afternoon is was ready for collection at my local store. Would defintley be using Tesco Direct again

They take customers for granted and a lot of the time I feel staff are unhappy. Special offers are impractical mist if the time

When I forget to print out my receipt at the self-service till, the assistant manager quickly got me my receipt from another machine.

Tesco's online home delivery service... What a pile of sh*t! We have been using it for a while now and just about every time there is a problem, damaged goods, almost out of date items, alternative items! They have topped the icing on the cake now though!!!! My partners did a big shop earlier today and they gave a time slot between 6-10pm. After 10pm still nothing then she called them, sat waiting on the phone finally got through to be told that they could find the address!!! Wtf... They have delivered many times before without any issues, she left her mobile number! To be told next delivery slot is Thursday! Total joke!!! She asked for a refund as no goods have been delivered and they said " 3-5working days"... This is a joke for such a big company such as Tesco's..... I would definitely avoid them as they are useless and are quick enough to take your money but as for looking after the customer they couldn't give a flighing f*-k.....

Very happy Ordered vonshef buffet warmer after the one ordered from amazon was too small and now want to charge me £13 to send it back. It cost £26 Tesco delivered next day way before time stated regular updates via tex and email Really happy with service Love tesco

I have shopped at Tesco’s for years. However, I am now buying from other supermarkets more than ever before due to the high number of products Tesco stock which contain palm oil. I strongly believe only sustainable palm oil should be used due to the numerous environmental issues palm oil production leads to. I urge Tesco’s to develop a sustainable palm oil policy and to use alternative oils in their own brand products where sustainable palm oil cannot be sourced.

At the checkout, the price for an item that I was buying showed as greater than than advertised on the shelf. I pointed this out to the checkout operator who responded by saying "what do you expect me to do about it?" I asked her to have the price checked and she said she couldn't as there as there was no one to do this. I pointed out 2 people walking by (wearing Tesco name badges) and she said they didn't work there. She eventually did call someone who checked and it was sold to me at the price advertised on the shelf.

I was extremely happy with Florina in Beckenham. Her customer service skills were Superb! Very chatty, helpful and friendly. Excellent!!!

I placed an order for a sofa in October. I was provided with a delivery date in December, so I took a days annual leave, emptied the lounge, took the old sofa to the top and they didn’t turn up. I received an apology to say it was going to be the next day. Again I took another days annual leave and they didn’t turn up. I received another apology saying they’d received information that the sofa wasn’t even at the local depot and they didn’t know when delivery was going to be. I was so disappointed I told them to cancel it. I then didn’t receive my full refund for another 2wks later. I contacted the CEO to voice my complaint and received a bog standard ‘sorry’ letter from Melanie Watts with no offer of compensation or good will gesture, despite the knowledge that we were left with an empty lounge over the festive period (with grandparents coming to visit and nowhere to sit but the floor)! However, she did wish me a Merry Christmas.

When i first moved to kingsthorp had to get 2 buses there and 2 back, but sooner do that than go to the local Asda. Had more than one bad experience, there, especially if you take something back. Tesco though, cant apologise enough and will do all they can to put it right.. They excelled themselves the other week, did some shopping paid, then left trolley outside toilets, came back out went to car, loaded shopping and went home, it wasnt until later i realised, whole bag of shopping missing. Thats it gone. Anyway the next time i went to Tesco told customers services, my own fault, but maybe its on video so it doesnt happen to somone else. They said thanks and would have a look. just about to walk away and the young lady says, i dont suppose you can remember what was in the bag, funnily enough i could, it was all meat products, still got the receipt. Go and get it again, then come back here. I said again, it was my own silly fault. Thats ok. So went and got it again. 20 odd £s of shopping all replaced.. Its a nice bright, clean store, the staff are lovely nothing is to much trouble, and if you do a virtual shop with branded products, they are the cheapest. Oh and whoever thought up the shop and scan deserves a medal. thats brilliant, so quick and easy. One more thing, used to live Top Valley Nottingham and always shopped at Tesco, if i visit family always call in to get a few bits. The staff there also are a credit to Tesco.

I bought 3 toy items on the 3 for 2 promotion. One of the items was for my nephews Christmas present but I found out he already had this gift. I went online and bought another toy for a similar price. I then presumed that I could refund the newer item and exchange that for the duplicated gift. The store advised I would need to get the refund online. I contacted customer services and was advised that as I had got the duplicated gift as the free item, if I returned this item I would not get a refund. I advised that I didn't want to refund I just wanted to exchange for the other item I had bought online. I spoke to a Manager and he said the same thing. So lesson learnt I will not buy any online products from Tesco again as it appears that their refund policy is not as easy as it states on the website.

Clean, well lit with excellent produce over all ranges from frozen to fresh. Friendly and helpful staff. A great shopping experience.
