St Helens Linkway store - cafe. Next in the queue to be served when smart looking bloke who was staff member " Rob since 2010" went to the head of the queue and got served. I said there was a queue and he replied with he didn't know whether I wanted food. I said he should have asked. No apology just ignored me. Disgraceful manners from a staff member.

I am a frequent customer of the Hove Denmark Villas store and have felt very disappointed and let down by the service and stock availability recently. On three separate occasions I have told there was no bread, no meal for two deal, no wine offer, etc. due to lack of stock. When I asked why no one could tell me but assured me there was a delivery in the offing but didn't know when. Also on numerous occasions the staff are seen to be blocking the isles with the restocking trolley (perhaps unavoidably) but again chatting and grouping together which made passing very difficult with a trolley. I may add I am a loyal customer of Tesco and have been for many years but I was under the impression the smaller stores filled the void to the superstores and should have the essential items always. Needed specific items from Tesco that I wasn't able to get in another supermarket. While in the store, I was unable to find one certain item. An employee was excellent and directed me straight to the item I was trying to find. All in all, excellent customer service from this employee.

Brought a phillips ladyshave for my partner a few months later it over heated and the side blew out. Did try to take it back to store but they had just stopped selling the product They said to call up the cuter service team was rude and didn't want to help this happened a number of times in the end I gave up trying.. So much for trying to help out there customers and doing the best to help had the phone out down once and both other times they both seem to be havin a bad day sounded grumpy and there was no professional customers service offered...

i bought a mobile phone car charger. but it was the wrong one for my phone as it only charged at 1 amp instead of 2 amps. i brought it back and they refunded my money. no quibble. that's why I keep shopping there.

Tesco would not sell me a picture frame because the barcode was not found. I suggested that they charge me a fair price and sell it to me as i liked the frame and i had just spent £220 at their store. Their excuse that 'it may be dangerous and subject to recall' was ridiculous (its a picture frame remember!). Anyway their intractable attitude and belligerence left me heading for the exit, minus my shopping. Another customer lost tesco

This is the first time I've reviewed a supermarket for service. This Tesco branch seems to be making an extra effort in customer service. In the last two visits I had an issue each time. On one visit the shelf was missing my favourite conditioner (it was on offer so I expected it was sold-out), I asked at customer services anyway, and the nice young man checked stock levels on his phone! He said there were 4 bottles in the back and he called through to get them brought through. There was no answer. A colleague told him they were unloading a delivery. He immediatley said he would go himself, find the 4 bottles and I would find them on the shelf in the next few minutes, they did. On another day I missed the small print on the 25% off wine offer. I had assumed it was like the one at Sainsbury's and covered all wine, but it excluded wine priced below £4.35. I like Tesco white wine and had bought 6 @ £4.15... obviously not getting the 25% off. The check-out operator was extremely helpful, saying that I wasn't the only one to miss the small print and pointed me at the customer service desk to get a refund. This assistant was also very helpful, getting me a refund, explaining the price limit and recommending a slightly more expensive wine. In the event I bought six £6 bottles, getting them for £4.50 each. The wine was superb (much better than my original choice) and for little more. In sainsbury's (Shirley not Clitheroe) in a similar confusion over offer details (this was on kit-kat bars; it seems 4-finger bars and kit-kat chunky were completely different categories of product!) I was made to feel like an idiot and a fraud. In Clitheroe Tesco's I was treated exactly as I expect, a valued customer who needed help. Well done Clitheroe Tesco's, less well done to Tesco who could have avoided the problem by matching Sainsbury and giving 25% off all wine.

Been a Tesco credit card customer for many, many years and my latest c Reddit card expired yesterday and have not received a replacement. Now it is so near Christmas I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a replacement. I am so angry about the lack of organisation and care towards loyal customers, I am gone, just applied for an M&S credit card. Shame on You Tesco

Are Tesco in upperboat is more like are local shop, we go up for fresh bread, milk ect. We often go with are grandchild and the girls there are really good with her she is only 20 months and loves to wave to them. Some of the staff often say hello as we go by, some always take the time to talk to us, expecially George he always has the time although he is wizing by. Sometime tesco gets a bad press but it's the staff that makes a good business maybe tesco head office will remember that the next time they make people redundant.
