“I ordered a TV on tesco direct, delivery said Saturday, then text to say my parcel had been lost would be delivered Sunday, waited in didn't turn up, phoned customer services who couldn't actually tell me where my parcel was, email to say delivery today. Mmm we' ll see.”

“couldnt order what i wanted as password information is useless..i suppose its a good way to loose custom tesco doesnt cater for the older generation i wont attemp to order anything online again its a total waste of time...a very disgruntled customer..”

“Huge up to date product range. Very easy website for choice. Ultimate shopping convenience. Very helpful with product problems and returns. Also very helpful phone contact for help. Option of using Tesco vouchers as a Tesco shopper for large product price reduction.”

“I make a bi-monthly online order to my nearest Tesco (5 miles away - and I have no car!) Their information is transparent, their service and prompt delivery always excellent, even to the remote areas, while their product prices stay highly competitive. For those of us in a rural situation or without a car, such a reliable, magnificent service is like gold-dust!”
