“I called into Tesco in Hemsworth to return a tee shirt which was the wrong size. The lady on customer service was called Lynn and was really co-operative. She was very friendly and very apologetic when she realised the refund she could give me was less than the price I paid because the item was now in the sale. Really nice person. Good service needs some praise these days.”

Brought a nintendo switch from tesco direct, recieved a voucher code within hours. On phoning tesco to query this and ask if it could be applied. The manager of head office in dublin was very rude and would not even listen to me, he spoke over me like i wasnt even talking. If i could not have the discount that was fine, but to be rude to me speak over me that is bad customer service. I had to say please can you just listen to me for one moment, but i ended up just hanging the phone up because he would not even answer my questions or listen at all. I will never buy anything from tescos again”
