“I purchased a mobile phone from the Tesco Direct website. The phone arrived but stopped charging within 3 weeks. I sent the phone to be repaired which took 2weeks. As I had no phone I was relying on friends and family to use their phones to try and contact to find out what was going on. Eventually managed to arrange a delivery day, waited all day for the delivery only to find out 2 days later the phone had gone missing. Tesco did not have a replacement for the phone so told me they would refund. 6 weeks and 4 phone calls later I'm still waiting for a refund. Will never use or recommend Tesco Direct again in the future.”

“Used click & collect to order 2 Relaxer Garden Chairs. Very prompt notification that items were at my local store in Peterborough. Quite bulky items, although, the young lady working the click & collect desk was so helpful and trolleyed them out to my car which was a good 200 metres away being a Tesco Extra and all with a smile. Very pleasant experience.”

“B rought iPhone 5 with sim and was told it takes 9 to 21 days for it to be unlocked so my daughter could use her old sim but they unlocked it the very next day..very helpful customer service man and very happy daughter and a very nice phone”

“Staff on the tills are generally friendly but staff on the floor have very little knowledge of products . For example, they did not know what moth balls were or where to find them (I found them on my own).”
