“In the busy 'back to school' period, they had the colour & the sweatshirts that I needed in the right size when I couldn't find them anywhere else. Also click & collect is fantastic as it's free & delivered to a very nearby Tesco express.”

“Bought a Sharp 55' smart TV from Tesco in August, the website was easy to use and everything I needed to know about the product was on the description and specifications, delivery was planned for the next working day with and option to track the delivery in real time, I had to alter the time so as to be in when it arrived which was dealt with easily and without fuss. TV was delivered at a convenient time to suit me and was in a good condition. Tesco even gave me clubcard points with my purchase which was an added bonus.”

“I lost my daughter and had purchased baby milk etc that I would not be able to use. The customer service team in the Roneo Corner branch were outstanding, my receipt had expired for refund but they made an exception in my case to refund the goods. Thank you”
