“Global has definitely made this trip easy and stress free. They were in contact with me during the whole 8 months of planning, had orientation as soon as I arrived, and provided me with a job before I arrived!”

“Global has been great and super helpful! Every question I`ve had has been answered and any worries or concerns they`ve helped or talked me through. My Coordinator Alex has been so so helpful and friendly, and always made me feel at ease! Always answering my questions and keeping updated with the process. I couldn't recommend Alex or the Global team more.”

“Hannah and the whole team at Global have been so helpfully with every step of my move to Canada. Assisting and replying to all emails. Having the office in Vancouver available for face-to-face inquiries was also super helpfully and aided in calming any nerves.”

“A complete waste of money it should be half the price for what they offer. I was told my visa expense was included which it isn't. I also wanted a job in whistler so I searched " jobs in whistler" however once I got to my trip coordinater she said it's incredibly hard to get staff housing and they said they don't associate with jobs in whistler or Banff. I then had to apply to all the jobs in whistler independently. Completely false advertising... all they want is your money!!!”

Hi Georgia, we're sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience with us. We truly get upset when we hear feedback like this, as it goes against our organisation’s vision and purpose. We have looked into your feedback & travel history, and can advise that our system shows that you were offered many opportunities with our Canadian partners when you first arrived & within your initial accommodation, as our service promises to do. Our Arrivals team worked very hard to find you those opportunities and it was made clear from the start that you need to be open & flexible to job types and locations. We also could not provide further opportunities without first looking after our other travellers who are yet to arrive, largely out of fairness. Visa expenses cannot be included as this is a government document that you legally have to process yourself and this is outlined clearly as an exclusion on our website. We would like to investigate all aspects of your complaint, as we thrive on feedback to make our trip experiences the best possible, and much better than our competition. “Hannah, Ashley and Jasmine were great help with any questions I had, most answered before I even asked. As I haven’t travelled much I’m glad i signed up here, made everything so easy for myself while they took care of the hard backround stuff.”

“The overall service has been amazing, everyone from global that has helped me on my way have been down to earth like minded people that have been easy to talk to, I've had a great time in the build up for my first experience even know I'm abit anxious about movingto another country for the first time, the staff at global made me realize that it's the best decision I could make and to push on through it such as Cassandra and Ashley and Alex.”
