“My travel coordinator, Stacy and my arrival coordinator, Kim have been great to work with and very responsive before and during my time in NZ, but my entire experience with global work and travel was not worth the money. I booked the flight myself because it was 1/4 the price I was quoted, everything else I did book through global. Kim answered all my questions, was so kind and responsive. I did arrive with a job, but it did not come with accommodations like I wanted or was sold before I signed up with the company. Queenstown, NZ has a major housing issue. I was told it would be easy to find housing and a lot easier once I arrived which was not true. I ended up leaving back to Auckland and getting a new job because housing was difficult to get and I was exhausted from moving hostels every 3 days.”

We are pleased to hear that you were able to arrive with a job and that Kim was helpful and responsive in answering your questions. However, we apologise that the accommodation situation did not meet your expectations. We understand that finding housing in Queenstown can be challenging, and we do our best to provide as much information and support as possible to our travellers. We will take your feedback into consideration to improve our services in the future. “The people at global have been so helpful and encouraging through the whole process. They provide quick answers to questions and the inclusions with the trip really take the stress out of a working holiday. 100% would recommend to anyone considering long term travel.”
