“2 delivery each time furniture is damaged I now have to get a third delivery 😫”

“After a frustrating nightmare with Ashley furniture who delivered an adjustable bed frame in non-working order, Daniel came to my rescue with a better product at a better price. Unfortunately I lost the battle with Ashley who refused to refund my money for damaged merchandise and who knows when they will get around to fixing it, but American Homestore cheerfully refunded me on the bed frame I purchased with them - absolutely excellent customer service. I’ll never darken the door of Ashley Furniture again - but will be making all my furniture purchases with your superior company who treats their customers like you truly appreciate their business. Thanks again!”

“The delivery guys are great, but your delivery prices are ridiculous. Especially with multiple piece orders. It’s not like the truck has to make multiple trips, so why charge a customer for multiple pieces? The on line chat girls , ( Molly and Kathy) are great, super helpful and quick to respond. Your prices are a bit high compared to other providers, unless your lucky enough to find something at the Olive Branch Outlet location.”

“We ordered 2 recliners and a sofa in May. Was told it would be delivered in August. No word the first week of August so I called. Found out it would be delayed until OCTOBER! No problem except I sold our existing set the last week in July and had NOTHING comfortable to sit in. Wanted to cancel the order which we paid in full but was offered a single recliner from another customer order. My concern now is will the color and detail match when we get the rest of the order. What would have appeased me would have been able to "use" the floor demo until ours came in. Was told not store policy.”
