“Ordered furniture in mid-January. Some of it still not here. Called office once and answered by extremely rude representative. Sales person was nice but she can't fix the problem or make the people who answer the phone any nicer.”

“I had a really good experience at The Great American Homestore Outlet. I worked with Bonita and she was extremely helpful. She came highly recommended by the staff when I called to inquire about the store. I purchased several items and I am waiting on delivery. I have already recommended Bonita and The Great American Homestore to my family and friends and I will definitely be making return visits and purchases.”

“Overall, Mr. Green was great. The issue is I paid almost $200 for delivery. My items came in 3 shipments unfortunately. It took 6-7 months for me to receive nightstands and you all would not delivery them because you delivered my other items. It's not my issue you all had supply chain issues. This is very very very disappointing and unfair”

“Aside from waiting nearly a year for the final piece of our bedroom suite, this was another great furniture shopping experience. Debbie Martin is the best! She is patient, kind, and makes us feel appreciated. We love working with Debbie and will do so again anytime we need furniture.”
