We need our other cabinet replaced that costs $1200.00. Its was broken at delivery. Mark is fabulous.

Every one was so helpful, to help us find what we wanted in a recliiner. Delivery was timely and when I had dificulty undestanding the mechanics of the chair, Someone came to our rescue.

We had been waiting for our furniture to arrive on July 1st, the day after we closed on our new house June 30th and when I called on the the 28th to confirm delivery we were informed our furniture had been placed on back order. The salesman admitted that he should have called us but it was to late by then. The actual or initial purchase should have made us ask questions because the salesman acted out of his element. The manager had to come over and logon and try to do the sale because he was logged on to 2 different computers and he couldn’t get the wrong phone number off of our account and we just had a feeling it was going to get messed up and it did. We ended up buying another bedroom suite only because it was similar to our original furniture and we could get it by the following week. We didn’t have time to go find another one. We did get the rest of our furniture at another place.

Mr. Joe at the Bartlett location is phenomenal. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and showed me the best options based on his own customer reviews. Helped me find the perfect sectional for my family and i love it.

We purchased an Entertainment center from the location in Southaven, Ms. We will never purchase from this store again. The salesman was not correct when informing us of delivery and just wanted to make an extra $180 for delivery that was not necessary. The items did not come in a box as he indicated and the set-up was very unprofessional. We had to contact the service department to have them come out to look at the entertainment center as it did not line up and both ends were not stable. Also, the piece that went across the top was installed upside down and warped. They are now going to have to come out a second time to replace. They didn't even offer to reduce price for all the inconvenience this have cause.
