“I was happy with evrrything except having to pay list price. Never have done that b4. Was told it was because it was on clearance. But then later I saw it much cheaper on line from other people. Now im wondering it truly was on clearance. Loved friendliness of ladies in billing/behind desk. Really liked delivery people also.”

“Diane Ellis was great in assisting us with our purchase. Even when we had to come back to exchange a defective item all the staff was friendly. For future visits I would like to walk around on my own instead of having someone right by your side.”

“We had two great trips to the store. Our Associate, John, helped us buy a mirror and a table for our large family. He was great to work with and made the experience easy and pleasant. We looked at other similar stores and didn't find the same level of quality or customer service. Great American Homestore will be our first stop the next time we are in the market for furniture.”

“Terrible exchange policy and no returns if you’re not happy. They also forget to mention important information until after they are delivered, like sending you an open box item when you paid full price (as noted on the price tag) for a new item/adjustable bed frame. We were then told that it’s a mistake and they apologies for the confusion but didn’t fix the issue. We were not happy with yet another purchase and called the morning after delivery for an exchange and were told that they don’t offer returns and will only exchange for an equal priced item only! (which is the same item we have because it was the priciest piece) terrible policy, definitely will not recommend this place and will not shop here any more.”
