“I was greeted by Dr.Phil. He has exceptional customer service.He was very patient and directed me to the merchandise I requested. I was a bit frustrated after waiting on finance approval but Dr.Phil helped me remain calm with his kind words. Thank you greatly,”

“My husband and I bought a Nashville reclining sofa w/drop down table. Salesman Cliff was real good with us. **Our couch was delivered, but after delivery, we noticed some imperfections.** called and spoke with Troy and he took care of the issue immediately. Received a replacement couch the following week and was very satisfied. Thank you all”
