I absolutely love the service. I purchased a bedroom set on Tuesday evening and it was delivered on Thursday! Kevin given us great serive while in store! I will definitely return in the future!

Jeff at the Southaven, MS location was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us every step of the way while we were looking for bedroom furniture. Very pleased and can’t wait to Shop again soon.

I was greeted by Dr.Phil. He has exceptional customer service.He was very patient and directed me to the merchandise I requested. I was a bit frustrated after waiting on finance approval but Dr.Phil helped me remain calm with his kind words. Thank you greatly,

We were happy with the first recliner we ordered because we received it in two days. We ordered another recliner which then we were told it would not be in for four months which we were not happy with so we went to another store and got a recliner in the same day which made us a lot happier.

My husband and I bought a Nashville reclining sofa w/drop down table. Salesman Cliff was real good with us. **Our couch was delivered, but after delivery, we noticed some imperfections.** called and spoke with Troy and he took care of the issue immediately. Received a replacement couch the following week and was very satisfied. Thank you all

I paid 800 plus dollars for a nice reciner chair that had a great lumbar support . Both of my sons had covid at almost the same time and I couldn't get any help to getmy chair picked up at the Southaven store warehouse. I finally just went and picked it up myself and the guys at the store were very helpful to get it in the truck for me. I got it home and aske my neighbor if he would helpmeget it in the house. We pulled the back off and loaded the bottom part in the house and then brought the back in and lowered it back down in the sleeve on the chair. I sat down and tried all the controls to see if they worked correctly and they did ! I noticed from the back side , I could see a big space on the right side of the chair and it didn't quite fit down on the armrest good . it liked about 2". On the front side ,you could see the same large space on the left side open all the way to the floor between the armrest and the foot rest .I called the next day and got an appt. for someone to come out and adjust my chair or replace it. I told the Lay that I just wasn't going to pay that much money for achair that wasn't right and she agreed!!! The day of the appt.came and I never saw them!!!! I've called back since 2 or 3 times and I can't seem to get anyone to callme back about the chair. I don'twant to drive all the way to Southaven , but GreatAmerican Home store , I know willmake it right ifI can talk to someone! Thanks, Jerry Surratt

I normally shop in the outlet store on Summer. The last purchase I made was done with the young lady at the back counter because there were only 2 sales associates on the floor at the time. There was an older lady who informed me immediately when attempting to ask a question she was eating lunch. And then there was an older guy who was assisting another customer. The young lady who assisted me was the "cashier". She was very pleasant and I was glad she was able to assist. I have bought a few pieces from GAH. I really like shopping in the outlets, I can usually find some good quality pieces.

I returned merchandise two weeks ago and Kimerly assisted me with the pick up and I spoke back to her at the beginning of last week, because Progressive Leasing had not received the credit into their system at that time. Kimerly assured me that she had sent the information to them on Monday, which was the day before and said that it should post within 48 to 72 hours from last Monday. As of today, which is a week and 1 day later, Progressive Leasing said that they have not received anything back yet. They did call the department at your store who handles credits with them but were told that the person needed to speak to was out at that moment. I returned the kitchen table for $399. Please send the necessary documents and confirm with me.
