I had good service but unfortunately the furniture looks good but the quality is substandard and poorly made. Materials are cheap. Will not shop there again.

We were greeted as we entered the store by Allen. He brought us directly to the area of lift chairs. We needed one because my wife fell and broke her shoulder and some ribs.he was not pushy but was there to answer any questions we had. Knowing we needed one right off he made sure we knew which ones were in stock. He walked us through the process of purchasing the chair. I will seek out Allen when we need more furniture.

Bettye was great work with, did not pressure or overwhelm us as we explored the different options, made herself available to answer questions and when the time was right to make the purchase, I’ve never bought furniture with less hassle. Had some quality issues with a couple of pieces and they were quickly resolved thanks to Bettye.

I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from this store. My sales representative was very helpful. I spent over 11,000 and received 3 damaged pieces. The second delivery to replace this furniture also was damaged. We were looking at purchasing all of the furniture needed to furnish a 6,000 square house but are now rethinking this choice as we do not have time to to keep going back and forth will sendng back damaged items and redeliveries. I would like to speak to the store manager and receive a discount on the second delivery being damaged also.

First of all, we purchased a sectional in 2021 and the entire process was perfect. However, we purchased a recliner on the 8th of February at the Outlet store. Sales entered the incorrect part number so when I picked it up from the warehouse and got home, we discovered it was not what we wanted. We called the Salesman and he said he was off and would let us know Friday. My wife called Customer Service and they said they could credit it and supply the new one which is a lower price, but we had to go back to the store to get the correct part number. We supplied that number and we told them we wanted your store to pick up the wrong chair and deliver the correct one. I received one call from the Salesman on Monday, told him the story and he said I should work with Customer Service. Well, we have made calls every day to customer service and have yet to receive a RETURN CALL!!!! CAN WE GET A PHONE CALL ???? We want the following: Credit for the incorrect chair, purchase the correct chair, you guys pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct item. I DO NOT think we should be returning the wrong chair and picking up the new one. Plus having to go back to the Outlet store to get our refund. We did not screw this up and should not have to do all the work to correct your issues. If I do have to do everything, I expect a sales commission and also want to know where to send my invoice for all my logistical work. Dana's cell 901-233-0138; Homer is 901-233-0138. If this goes another 24 hours, I am calling the owner. Ron fix this problem. PS your warehouse staff are rock stars !!!!!!

Went online to shop for new reclining sofa and loveseat. Liked a set made by Bassett and visited the Memphis store to look it over. Scott L. greeted my wife and I and told us where the furniture was that we were interested in. Informed us of the current discounts. We then looked at the Bassett set and then browsed the store looking at other items. We settled on the Bassett Set and made the purchase. Scott L did inform us that there would be a delay due to the set would have to be manufactured and gave us an expected delivery date. Scott informed us that the furniture was going to be delivered earlier than excepted. The delivery men were great with the new furniture setup. Both my wife and I were very happy with the whole process from purchase to delivery. Great American Homestore communications were very good to keep you informed.

Every item we have purchased has been top quality and the service excellent. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and accommodating, he brought our paperwork to the car because I couldn’t come in due to having heart cath. The mattress has been a lifesaver to me. Can’t tell you how much we appreciate this store. Thanks.
