“My review is for Maxx my sales agent. He was the 5***** rating. I generally hate shopping because of the high pressure sales people but Maxx was so pleasant and knew I wanted what I wanted and didn’t push me or be aggressive for a sale. I just needed a bed board and that’s all. Because of him I will be back when I need something else. I hope he stays but he is destined to be greater. I suggest you enjoy his talents while he is there. Learn from him how to make a customer happy. Respect your customers and indeed make a customer want to come back .”

“I shopped at the GAH Store Outlet and had the nicest shopping experience, thanks to Miss Ernestine. The sofa I wanted was in stock, unlike another store where the advertised special wouldn’t be in stock for 16 weeks. Brandon, Mario, and Zach delivered my sofa 3 days later. They were on time, organized, careful, pleasant, and professional. They were in and out in 5 minutes. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in the store until I received my furniture. They will be the first place I shop from now on.”

“Worst experience I have ever had with buying furniture. I purchased dining table equipment at the price of $768.00. After four months of waiting for it to arrive due to being out of stock, I found out that I had to put it together myself. All items were unattached and in once box. Bad decision. Will never buy from this entity ever again.”

“Tyler Littlman was my Sales Consultant and couldn't have made my experience any better. He's fantastic. I walked in looking for a sectional sofa for our movie room, and he showed me about 5 or 6, and about 3 of them I loved which made the decision tough. I came back with my wife the following day where Tyler kindly assisted us again. He thoroughly explained each one and what to expect with shipping times. We received our couch within 3 days which is unbelievable. Overall fantastic experience.”
