“Customer Service was okay. The Salesperson did a good job of explaining everything and available discounts to help with a big purchase. Delivery had to be split due to some items being on back order. Understanding market conditions and Supply Chain constraints, however, this was not too big of an issue. It was raining the day that the delivery truck arrived, but the movers did a good job of ensuring out new furniture was covered to prevent them from getting wet. Will definately shop here again.”

“My wife was looking for a certain style dinette set for our eat-in kitchen; once she walked in and laid her eyes on the set we purchased, we are very pleased. There was no sales pressure along with very fast and reliable delivery to our area outside of Memphis. We get lots of compliments on this unique piece. Thus goes the name; The Great American Homestore!”

“I love the quality and workmanship of this furniture. I went to several furniture stores prior and nothing compared. Cliff is the best customer service rep I have dealt with hands. Excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to get me the electric rocker recliner chair I needed.”
