“My last purchase was for two leather recliners with power reclining, power headrest and a USB port. The chairs are very comfortable and seem to be well made. Delivery was as promised by the store.”

“I was searching for a sectional for my new place and walked in to find a beautiful piece sitting right there when I walked in the store. Of course it was purchased and I love it. Thanks for the excellent customer service and a comfortable piece for my family and I.”

“Gail Spinosa was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She truly cares about her customers. I had purchased furniture from Gail last summer and when I was looking to purchase a bedroom set this spring I made sure I purchased it from her. Gail is a true asset to The Great American Homestore. She is the reason I shop there versus other furniture places.”

“I love this store and have purchased a lot of furniture pieces from the Southaven store. Clay Wilkinson was the best, great customer service and will buy from him again. This last purchase did not go so well. I called to see how to pay and what form to pay and was told I could pay a certain way but had to wait 10 days. I paid in full and waited the 10 days only to be told I could not pick up my furniture. I followed policy and still couldn't pick it up. Asked to speak with upper management and only to be told sales manager was off and the one there could not help me, could not release my furniture and could not explain why I couldn't get my furniture even though it was notated that I had to wait 10 business days, I waited the 10 days and wanted to pick up Saturday. Other mishaps happened and this pickup process was a nightmare.”

“I purchased my dining room table last May. But had to wait 11 months for my bench to come in. When they came to deliver it, they just left it outside for someone to steal. Although I love my dining room set, I will never shop at your store again”
