“We have been working with Denise at the Memphis location for at least 4 years. She is very knowledgeable of the manufacturers and material of all the furniture and has never mis-led. When we had an issue she walked us through steps to get resolved. We have now bought furniture from her for almost every room of our house.”

“We bought a couch and reclining chair, the first couch the reclining part was messed up so we called and asked to be brought another one, we were told no!! Because we picked up our own purchase we were required to return it and pick up the second one!! Then the second one had a hole in the center fold down, and had to return that!! So I was responsible for their mistake and faulty product!! THAT is WRONG!!! However our sales lady was amazing, helpful, and did everything she could to help throughout the entire process!! I suggest you look at not penalizing your customer for not choosing your high priced deliver fee!! AGAIN, sales lady was amazing and recommend her highly, the store.....not so much!!”

“Ms Donna in southaven store very professional, not pushy but also super attentive and available! Have used her now for multiple purchases. Furniture appears good quality so far. Organized pickup, also had some delivered with professional drivers and set up. Will shop here again. Have not had same experience with other furniture store.”

“My husband and I had a great experience. The salesman who worked with us was great. He let us know he was there to answer our questions, but also gave us space to browse freely without freely hassled. When we were ready he was there and was very knowledgeable about the products. If we ever decide to get new furniture in future we will definitely go back to this store. Highly recommend it.”

“My wife and I purchased a sectional & bedroom suite from Great American Homestore. Zedric helped us out a lot. He made the entire process easier. We didn't actually buy anything the first time we were there as our infant was getting grumpy so we came back later that week. Zedric was super personable & remembered everything we talked about, what furniture pieces we were looking at and even suggested a few other things. Super convenient process from walking in and talking to Zedric, to working with the women in the back for payment and even the delivery guys were awesome. Highly recommend GAH”
