“We ordered and paid for a recliner in January and were told it would probably come in around March. The sales lady "Erin" was very sociable and easy to work with. Prior to the recliner's arrival she called and stated when their records indicated it was to arrive, April 4th. (She was scheduled to go have surgery, and told us what to do if we didn't hear from the Grt Am Homestore) Called on April 11th and was told yes it came in and they would move from Southhaven store to the store we went to in North Memphis. Told we could get the next day. Was in a box when we got there. #'s matched so took. When we unpacked, the fabric was different from what we had originally seen. Decided to keep.”

“I needed a shorter sofa than a 90” but didn’t want a love seat. Great American Store was the only store I found what I wanted which was 80”.”

“A friend took me to your store and I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find your sale's person (Sam) to be pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. I was given the time to look at all of your sofa/couch/ both leather/materials and dining room tables inventories. Based on my experience, I bought a dining room set, loveseat and upholstered chair with ottoman.”

“Ordered our bedroom suit online on Saturday. I was contacted by the store the same day and had my furniture delivered by Thursday. Delivery was great. Furniture was well taken care of and put exactly as I wanted. Furniture was exactly as pictured online. I have no complainants.”

“The salesman was great and not worrisome after he showed us the merchandise we asked about. The stock is readily available and that is a deal breaker for me. The store looks inviting and makes one wants to spend money. Jolly Royal might need to update their look….”

“Sales person I originally dealt with no longer worked there and I was not notified as I was trying to contact him for answers. The new sales person never returned my call about making another purchase for complimenting chairs. The new sales person informed me that the old one was released.”
