We absolutely love our new furniture but have been left disappointed by repair services. I initially went thru the warranty company regarding a bad USB port on the new loveseat. They did nothing for me... despite telling me they were ordering a part and having a repair technician come out. A guy came out, took more photos of the USB panel and said okay, he would take care of it. We heard nothing foe weeks. I called the service department, they had no knowledge of any needed repairs or of a part that had been ordered. They were going to RUSH order a part... another month goes by. I called and oh yeas, we have the part let's get you scheduled. 2nd repair technician comes out, he doesn't have the patt but he'll order it. At this point I called service AGAIN and I also left a message for for our salesman, Mark. Mark called back and said he spoke with the service department and they were going to get me taken care of. Today, technician Cliff came BACK out with the new part. Cliff quickly changed out the switch box and it all works correctly!! Cliff was super easy to work with and is very polite & professional. I'm just happy that after 12+ months of waiting, we have all of our new furniture and everything works the way it should.

I am mobility disabled & I have a handicapped adult son as well . Mr. Bryan Porter met us at the entrance and took every effort to help me find what I was exactly looking for . He patiently answered all my questions and went the extra mile to help me get what I wanted through the best financing options / Deal that works with my budget . He even helped me get to my car couple times . H Mr. Porter also advised me to buy the extra protection and escorted me to the reception desk and made sure I was helped . Within 48 . . hours I had my peace of mind Thank You So Much 😊

We were very impressed with the salesman at the Store in Bartlett His name was Sam. He did an excellent job in seeing that our needs were met and we got just the right product. We would request him if we buy again

Very easy purchase - my salesperson, Allen, was knowledgeable about the product and did not pressure me to purchase something the day I walked in to do some research. I truly appreciate his kindness during the whole transaction.

We ordered a bed online and were amazed to receive a call to arrange delivery within 15 minutes of placing the order. Wow, what wonderful customer service! We also received texts, emails, and phone calls to confirm and remind us of our delivery arrangements. Truly efficient! !

Matt customer service was beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in the store to the final sales, Matt was very engaging and loves what he does… I definitely will be back and hope Matt is still around!!!

The sales associate will tell you that you will get your furniture the next week, but you better plan on 2 months to get what you bought. The sales rep will not call you back about the concerns, and no one has answers to any questions!! I only got two chairs , and I have get to get my sectional!! I don’t even think I want it anymore since I’m still waiting!! Terrible service!! I will never buy from them again!!!
