Kevin was very helpful and love the fact that he didn’t follow us around. He gave us plenty of space to look around and to make our on choice. That is a big deal to us.

I had the best experience with TGAHS. The sales associate was friendly and professional (Dr. Phil). The finance guy Casey was professional and efficient. The delivery was smooth, they g6ys were friendly and they handled everything with the best care. This has by fr been one of the BEST retail experiences I've ever had. I will definitely refer others and purchase with TGAHS again!

Our sales person was extremely helpful in fulfilling my needs. He and the staff kept me informed during our wait times for the recliners and the couch. The delivery staff were excellent. I would have given you a 5 if I didn't have to wait so long. I understand that you cannot help the shipping issues so I am changing my rating to a 5. The furniture is better than I expected. I am happy with my experience!

I purchased a sectional from you guys last week. My salesman, Larry, has no filter and I have not figured out how he is a salesman there. I had my father meet the delivery guys to let them in my house. When I got home, my sectional was not even connected. The pieces were just set next to one another rather than being hitched together as they should be. I am a single mom with a little girl. I had to get someone to come over and help me attach the pieces. My sectional is big and not easy for one person to connect. On a positive note, the inventory was nice and the cleaning lady was very friendly and nice.

We had a great experience at Great American Homestore. We were welcomed by one of the staff, and then she gave us plenty of space to look around and just checked on us once in a while. When we made our selection, she was so helpful and we were finished quickly. Our furniture came in even before the expected date, and we are very happy with our purchase!

I think you all have beautiful store with a lot of great items which means I will definitely be back. The salesman Mr. Joe was a big help plus everything was delivered on time which I appreciate so my experience was great and I'm very satisfied.

Went in and picked out a sectional on New Years Day. Salesman was helpful and nice. Seemed like a nice experience. Pretty much went down from there. Price went up AFTER the purchase due to a "mistake" on the price on the tag that was on the sectional (I even have a picture) Their mistake but but my problem. Was told "sorry and there was nothing they could do". I disagree. Couch finally came in 2 months later than we were told at the beginning and delivery was a bit of a disaster as far as communication and the delivery man were a little rude as well. I am NOT generally one to reach out and complain,but was frustrated enough that I contacted the GAHS about my experience. Their response was basically "Sorry to hear that. Hopefully we can do better next time." Don't believe that there will be a next time if this is how stuff runs. Had heard some good things about GAHS and had hoped for better. Funny thing was even the employees that I spoke to during all of this (not management) agreed the whole situation was messed up. I get things sometimes don't go right but just felt that as soon as the initial transaction was completed i became unimportant. Hopefully their furniture proves to be better than my experience in purchasing it.
