Overall my experience was great until I have to pay extra for multiple deliveries I think when it’s not the buyer fault and you have already paid for your items to be delivery it the buyer shouldn't pay extra to have the rest of their items brought to them..

Shopping at the Great American Homestore was so easy, it took over a year for our furniture to come in but our salesperson Joe kept us informed every step of the way. texting me every month to give me an ETA helping us feel more comfortable with our purchase. Thanks Joe.

I LOVED the sales representative, Kevin, he was very patient with me, explained everything and even helped me make up my mind as to "what" I actually needed in which color. (offered to help be my designated driver on 05/05 if needed lol) but all in all, I felt more like it was visiting family for a while, not shopping for furniture 😅, thanks!!

I enjoyed my experience at your store and with my salesman, David Mercado. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture that I was looking for, very patient with me as I looked through the store and very helpful in helping me in my selection. He answered my questions precisely and was very informative.

I was very honest about their product. We had a piece broken, We no trouble gitting home to replace it.

The Great American Homestore is the perfect store to furnish your dream home! They have beautiful and well designed furniture. They have affordable and reasonable prices. In 2014 I purchased a lot of furniture from GAH. I once again need a whole house of furniture so I returned. I purchased a large console and a large sectional couch. Due to the shape of my den, I needed the shorter side (loveseat) to be on the left side. They delivered a couch last Saturday but the short side was on the right so they took it back. I called the store immediately but had to leave a message. No one called me back. I called again Sunday or Monday and was told they had me scheduled for another delivery on Tuesday. I asked and they verified that the short end of the couch would be on the left. They came Tuesday. I asked them to check to make sure the couch was correct before they unloaded it. They checked and said it was. As they were unloading it, I said it looked like it was a right side short end, they said no. They put it together and it was not correct. The short side was again on the right and does not fit in my den. They tried to tell me that the three cushion side was the loveseat and the two cushion side was the couch...I called the store and was told the same thing. He said the shorter side was the couch and the longer side was the loveseat! It has an extra piece was the reason given. Regardless of the extra piece, a two cushion side, shorter than the three cushion side is always the loveseat! So after three days waisted, I have cancelled my order for both pieces and I will not be returning to GAH for any furniture now or in the future.

It took longer than originally quoted for me to get my furniture. And when everything was finally in and I got the call to come and make my final payment when I went to pick up my items I was informed that they forgot to get my ottoman and that I would have to make a 2nd trip to pick that up when it was ready. I asked for a courtesy delivery for this inconvenience and was declined. I had to leave for a scheduled vacation and while I was gone I received a call from the store asking when I was going to get the ottoman and stated they had another customer who needed the ottoman and wanted to sell mine to them…are you kidding me with this!!! I still have to make a 2nd inconvenient trip to the store to get my ottoman
