“Wow-what can I say? This is the fourth time I've purchased from the Memphis store and they have really stepped up their game. My sales person was awesome, but the delivery guys were the BEST!!!”

“The salesman was great and not worrisome after he showed us the merchandise we asked about. The stock is readily available and that is a deal breaker for me. The store looks inviting and makes one wants to spend money. Jolly Royal might need to update their look….”

“I was greeted at the door and made welcome. Kevin guided me to lift recliners. I was shown a variety of chairs and the options were throughly explained. We closed the deal in 30 minutes. The delivery was scheduled. I received a call on their impending arrival. Two delivery men set up my chair quickly, professionally and courteously. Overall a five star experience.”
