“The furniture I selected is very high quality and extremely well made it has a beautiful classy look it’s so comfortable and cozy and I absolutely love all my purchases the service was excellent I’ve had a few small things that were addressed and resolved with courteous and prompt service I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and looks I’ve had so many compliments on my furniture ty Great American Home Store my apartment now feels like a home”

“The store was great. Our salesman was super. The problem we experienced was the bed on the floor was different from what was delivered. The delivered bed had to have a step ladder to get in. Called the store and the salesman contacted us and they are changing the bed frame to a lower one. We will see tomorrow when it’s delivered.”

“Andrew was really helpful finding exactly what I wanted. He explained the financing options and helped me make a decision quickly. Also, the mirror I wanted was not in stock and was not scheduled to be available until January. He found it soon after I put in the order and it arrived by at the same time the rest of my furniture came. I had a great experience here!”

“I Love this Store and everything that we wanted was in stock. Denise made it so easy for us and kept us informed about our order. Whenever we need her she was there with a helping hand. i forgot the last thing we order is 2 marble end table that wasn't in and we will get them in December along with the lamps.”

“We worked with Joe at Great American Home Store in Memphis. He was great! He helped us pick out the perfect bedroom suite and kept in constant contact with us about when our backordered items were expected in. It took a little time to come in, but it was worth the wait! We love our new furniture and couldn't be happier. We did have a small crack in one of the side rails and a chip in the corner of the footboard, but I called the same day and scheduled a technician to come out. He touched up the footboard and you can't even tell there was a chip. He ordered us a new side rail too. Great experience overall especially after dealing with another furniture store that did not even bother to call us to let us know that our furniture's due date kept changing.”
