“I purchased some of the whole roasted chilis on a whim and Im very happy with them. 10 lbs of frozen chilis take up a bit of realestate in the freezer but well worth it. I chose "hot" and they are fairly frisky. Too hot for my husband. Good. More for me. HA! Linda Sequim WA”

“I live in Oregon but I grew up in Albuquerque and went to school in Las Cruces at NMSU. In the past I used to travel back to NM and bring a cooler of frozen green chili back. I ordered 25 pounds of Sandia from Hatch Chile Store on Tuesday, it shipped Wednesday, and arrived Thursday. Not a single red pepper in the box! The chili was in great shape with thick, meaty peppers. The rellenos were delicious! No need to travel back to NM for great green chili.”

“Thank you again to the Hatch Chile Store for providing 100 lbs of amazing Big Jim chiles for our annual chile roast! This year's batch was the best we have ever seen. The delivery was overnight and on time, which meant the chiles were in the best possible shape. The customer service was super: allowed us to designated exactly when we wanted the chiles to arrive (and they did!), notified us within a 2-hour window of when they would be delivered, and followed up with an email to check that all turned out well. Thank you, Hatch Chile Store, for being a great small business with just the perfect product!”

“I order green chile each year for my poor brother who is stuck living in Florida and loves Hatch's product. This year I sent him 10 pounds of fresh extra hot chile. He thinks this year's harvest is especially good. I have sent him frozen, peeled chile before which arrived still frozen. To Florida. Service is always amazing with Hatch. Questions are quickly answered and stupid mistakes in the order made by me quickly fixed before any shipment is made. Chile arrives in great shape and in good time. For those poor souls unfortunate not to live in New Mexico, I highly recommend Hatch Chile Store. Viva Green Chile!!!!!!!”
