“Our delivery of fresh green chile from the Hatch Store was absolutely the silver service! It arrived on time and was possibly the freshest chile we've ever purchased - pods were plentiful, juicy and without blemish or ding. After more than 50 years in New Mexico we live now in the low country of South Carolina and celebrated with a family chile roast over an oak fire followed by ah yes, green chile cheeseburgers... a box full of fun and some of the best chile we've ever eaten! Many thanks indeed for excellent product at a very reasonable price.”

“Top quality chiles! I received my first order from the Hatch Chile Store yesterday (a 4lb. box of fresh, mild) - on-time and in good condition. First impression was..."these are very fresh". In the whole box (all but maybe one chile) the flesh was firm, smooth and they had a good clean smell. The level of freshness came through when I roasted them today (outdoor gas grill). I thought it would take a while, but was done in ~30-min, two batches. After steaming for a bit, the peeling was so easy! Some of them peeled in almost a single pull (like you sometimes get with an orange peel). Again, speaking to the freshness of the chiles. I have not made anything yet, but now have my stock for plenty of fall/winter recipes. Thanks for a great product Hatch Chile Store. Dan”

“25 lbs of the good stuff (Sandia) arrived promptly and in great shape. It was very fresh and had no bruising, weeping, or wilting at all. They are not lying about the heat level. Hot is hot, not barely above mild. My tolerance must be waning since I have been away from NM for almost 30 years! Also, wear gloves if you are roasting yourself!”
