“There was a problelm with my shipment this year in that it was delayed by the carrier. Some of it was rotten when it arrived, but The Hatch Chile Store made it right and replaced it. The chile were meaty and big--great for rellanos.”

“I lived in Albuquerque for 40 years.That is where I learned about Hatch green chili. I moved 5 years I go to florida I order my green chili from hatch every year. When my chili gets here and there's some problems. I take a picture send it to them and they in return Send me a new batch with no costs to me. I have no problems with it. It's not hatch green chili's fault. It's the delivery people . Hatch green chili guarantees their food. I will be ordering my red chili for at the end of September. Keep up the good works. Looking forward to next year's Green chilly. I just want to say thank you. And I will enjoy my green chili. One word to remember when you Order the chili GUARANTEED.”

“When my Hatch arrived I only recieved 5 pounds instead of the 15 I ordered. I contacted customer servicd and the following week I had the remaining 10 pounds. We love our Hatch!”

“I started buying my green from the Hatch Chile Store because I became unhappy with the green I had been buying from a competitor in Las Cruces. Their Xtra hot was very weak, so I tried The Hatch Chile Store. My wife and I are native New Mexicans living in Ohio. We are happy that there are places like The Hatch Chile Store where we can enjoy the uniqueness of our home state.”

“Haven’t purchasing Hatch chili from the Hatch chili store for years and years. The quality of the chili never changes. It’s always off the charts. Excellent whether it’s fresh or chop frozen. I must say the service in the automation and the communication and Customer Service has improved astronomically over the years. Keep doing the excellent job you do as I would be nowhere without my Hatch chili”
