“They did a great job reaching out to me when the item I had ordered was out of stock. They gave me the option of changing the heat level or substituting a similar item at the same heat level. I've been very happy with everything that I've purchased.”

“Ordered some dried chiles and UPS bungled the delivery time, BUT Hatch Chile Store employees responded quickly and politely to my emails, and they touched base when UPS finally found my doorstep. The chiles are in great condition, smell perfect, and I'm ready to start cooking! Thank you!”

“I have been ordering chiles for several years from the Hatch Chile Company. But this year was in particular very interesting. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately, and in the end graciously resolved my issues. Details aren't important, what IS IMPORTANT, is that the company actually reviewed my situation and resolved it quickly. What more could a customer ask for then to respond with compassion and commitment to me as the customer! I couldn't ask for a better company to work for and want everyone to know how much I respect and honor how they run their US based company. Thank you, for the great customer service!”

“Hello Hatch Chile, Received the order of frozen medium chile last week on schedule! This coming weekend a group of 10 of us will be having a "Southwestern party" here in cold snowy Upstate New York along the shore of Lake Ontario. Those attending have been charged with the task of preparing a dish with a receipe utilizing the Hatch Chile received. Results from the Saturday party will be sent off to you :) As mentioned in previous message, I lived in Albuquerque for about 12 years and relocated to Upstate NY about 3.5 years ago. From experiences in NM, became big fan of Hatch Chile and NM cuisine. Dick Oot”

“Passing through Hatch the past two summers I stopped to get some green chiles. Oh man, they were good, the best I have ever had. This summer I had the opportunity to buy Pinto beans. I'm vegetarian, most of the time, have been making refried beans for decades. These pinto's were excellent, so much better than anything I've made. We are talking making refried beans for almost 50 years. Fresh beans made a big difference.”

“Order process was easy and delivery was timely. Had a hectic day at work so had for dinner that night and tremedously enjoyed by all.
