Hello Hatch Chile, Received the order of frozen medium chile last week on schedule! This coming weekend a group of 10 of us will be having a "Southwestern party" here in cold snowy Upstate New York along the shore of Lake Ontario. Those attending have been charged with the task of preparing a dish with a receipe utilizing the Hatch Chile received. Results from the Saturday party will be sent off to you :) As mentioned in previous message, I lived in Albuquerque for about 12 years and relocated to Upstate NY about 3.5 years ago.
