“I am so happy to have a taste of home! Placing the order was very simple, shipping and delivery was very timely and the tamales and chile rellenos were delicious! I also want to mention that the shipping cost was most much lower than other sites shipping out of New Mexico. I’m so happy to have found the Hatch Chile store.”

“We lived in New Mexico for a few years during the 80s and got hooked on hatch chilies. Now, we live in Arkansas and the chilies are only available on rare occasion in the fall. Recently, I discovered your product and ordered a half dozen jars. This stuff is like manna from heaven. Seriously. I made a hatch chicken stew that was to die for and it was like taking a trip back in time. I will be keeping stocked up on your hatch chilies and plan to give jars as gifts!!!”

“Your store didn't have extra hot for sale so I ordered the hot and was pleasantly surprised. It was hot and very tasty. I lived in Las Cruces in the 1970's and have been eating Hatch chile ever since then. It is nice to be able to have it shipped anywhere in the US.”

“The availability, service, and delivery were extremely professional! TOP NOTCH! Reason for me to give you 5 stars! The 10lbs medium green Chile were sweet with a nice slow heat! YUM! The 10lbs of medium red Chiles were UNBEARABLY HOT! We will adjust, and I look for to my 'I DARE YOU?" Enchiladas over the Christmas Holidays. My Mother and my Aunts and Uncle were raised in Roswell, New Mexico! We know our NM Chile. The question the family had? Were these red Chiles meant to be eaten?”

“I placed the order for Tamales, Chile Rellenos and hot chopped Green chile earlier in the week. The order cam earlier than expected which was a delightful thing! The food arrived nicely packed and frozen which is very good. We enjoyed the delicious food and look forward to many more meals. The service is outstanding. Friendly and very courteous personnel. We will continue to do business with them”
