“I finally pulled the trigger and ordered; I am so happy I did and niw wish I had sooner. The frozen Hatch chilies are perfect for my dishes (I order med mild) and they pack the perfect amount of flavor... I think I will give hot a try next time.... I also ordered tamales; the flavor is wonderful, and perfect amount of masa. Even though I make my own pork chili I tried Hatch Chile Store to both compare and to have a few ready meals available..... yum!! Ala in ala, I will be a return customer”

“Products are delicious and service is great. We have been ordering their roasted green chiles, tamales and chile rellenos for the past 3+ years. They all arrive frozen; the chiles are packed flat and fit very compactly in the freezer. The bags are resealable so you can just remove what you need for your recipe.”

“Actually, I haven't opened any of the jars yet as waiting until family are here for Easter. I know they will be absolutely delicious and addictive as I have always purchased Hatch items when I can find them in local stores. My only concern is how hard it was to find the expiration date on the jars. When shopping in person, I look for that before putting an item in my cart. Thanks for making these items accessible to me. I spent decades in Southern Colorado and many trips to New Mexico.”
