“"If you're no longer in New Mexico but still craving that delicious green chile, order some from the Hatch Chile Store! It's super easy to throw on the grill, roast, and freeze — so you can enjoy that authentic flavor all year long." I ordered the hot chili and just made a sauce out of it.And I can say it is definitely hot.”

“We have ordered fresh hatch chiles 2 years in a row, as well as ristras for ourselves and as gifts. Any time I have had a question, their customer service has been very responsive. The fresh chiles are absolutely beautiful! Not a single blemish on the years batch. We roasted them the day they arrived and the aroma was fantastic. We get the untreated ristras, which make the best Colorado chile! Yum.....”

“I just wanted to tell everyone how the Hatch Chili store made me happy. I purchased 4 pounds of their green chili bacon, and this product is off the charts. If you like Hatch green chili you'll be very glad you tried this product! Also I want to say how happy with this company's customer service. When you call them you don't get an automated machine to deal with, you get a real person that is very rare today! When I was a youngster my parents moved to Albuquerque N.M. there I acquired a love for green chilis, so if you like bacon this is a must product to try! Luv to all you chili heads out there!”

“I have ordered fresh green chiles from the Hatch Chile Store every year for more than a decade now. And every year they deliver, without exception, the freshest, most beautiful, exquisite taste of New Mexico that anyone could ever ask for. Last year there was a little mix up on the part of the shipper and my chile was delayed. The folks in the office immediately replaced the delayed boxes and provided excellent customer service. They said they just wanted me to have really fresh chile and told me how good the ones they were picking right then were. They didn't lie! As a displaced New Mexican I just can't do without my autumn ritual of chile roasting and freezer packing. I'm so grateful to be able to get consistently fresh and beautiful chile all the way across the ocean in Hawai'i. If you're on the fence about buying from these folks just do it!!! You'll be so glad you did!”
