“We use to live in Arizona and would take a vacation every year to New Mexico in September to get our Hatch green chilies for the year. We now live in Missouri and brought our roaster with us and order our chili from Hatch and roast our selves. So happy we can still get our Hatch chili, no other chili matches up. If someone claims to have Hatch chili I taste, (and you can taste it when it is Hatch) to confirm before buying.”

“This year we ordered 20 pounds of Hatch Medium and 20 pounds of Hatch Hot. The chile arrived in perfect condition. The pods were very large for both, and roasted great. We haven't tried them yet since we are still working our way through last years chile.”

“Hatch Chilies were shipped on Wednesday and we received them Thursday morning Excellent turnaround for anything shipped to Alaska. Peppers were in excellent condition no brusing or damages. Of course the smell and taste delicious.”

“Great experience with our latest delivery. 25#’s medium chilies 🌶️ picked on Weds and Del Fri by UPS. NO spoilage and these chilies once grilled were the easiest to peel ever. Can’t wait to taste the fruits of our labor on a Hatch green chili burger tonight!”

“Ordered my chiles early, as I do every year. Start paying attention to your notes in June so I know how well the crop is doing and when I need to keep a Friday open for roasting. I like knowing that you ship on Wednesdays because I know that leaves the first half of the week free. This month they arrived at 4:08 PM Thursday, so we were good with our Friday plan. Every chile was large, with thick meaty flesh, lots of perfect relleno chiles. Had to sample a few and was not disappointed. Just wonderful quality.' And we get more efficient with our assembly line every year. So, kudos to us also.”

“I ordered 10 pounds of chopped, hot green chile and had shipped to Bonaire, GA, where my son and family live. It arrived on time, packaged with insulation and dry ice and it was still frozen. I love the individual 1# packages that can be stacked easily in the freezer. Chile was tasty and hot! Thank you!”

“This was the 2nd order I have placed from the Hatch chilistore. I have ordered hot, medium, and mild roasted/peeled chili's that come in 5 1lb packages in a nice insulated box with dry ice that keeps them frozen even when they arrive the day after they ship it. I have also ordered chimichangas which are great, especially done in the air fryer. A very professional, courteous, friendly company that delivers the best green chili's in the world. “Every year I send a boxes of Hatch fresh chilis to friends and a box for myself - nothing brings back childhood memories of ABQ NM of the smell of roasting chilis in the air and the taste of good Hatch in all Linda’s of food - delivery’s have been on time with very little of product frustration during the shipment - Highly recommended - Bubs Bubs”
