“Grew up in Colorado and used to have green chili's all the time. Not so much here in Kentucky now. Lol.. It was an awsome treat to slap some of this on my eggs and burgers.. Excellant flavor!”

“The chile itself was excellent. Truly wonderful. But, when I opened the box and started to lift the chile bags out, I got dry ice on my hands because I did not initially see that the dry ice bag had split open across the middle of the bag during shipment and so the dry ice that hadn't melted already during transport - which was crumbled and therefore not immediately visible - was all over the box. I would strongly suggest double bagging the dry ice before shipment.”

“Loved the first batch of Hatch chiles I receivd. Large, vibrant and beautiful. The second shipment I received a few weeks ago was subpar. Overall the chiles were small with a very few being medium sized, about 20% were no good due ot excessive wrinkling and more than a few already going to a red overripe color. I would recommend the advance ordering and first delivery but would not recommend the second late in the season purchase.”

“Let me start by saying; THANK YOU! My husband loved it! He’s is from NM and has been craving fresh home made green chile for years now! We only get to visit NM on rare few occasions. This was perfect! My family has living in CA for their entire lives never had fresh hatch chile! “WOW!” They are impressed how delicious it is! We are excited to incorporate them in our holiday recipes for the end of year festivities! I’m very happy with THE HATCH CHILE STORE! Shipping was fast, ordering was simple, and best part we have chile to last us a while or until the end of year! Thank you for an amazing experience with shopping with you!”
