“The rug was good quality and came very quickly but keep in mind that if you want to return it you have to pay for carriage. I looked up what it would cost and it was £25”

“Used this company to buy a rug - which was exactly as described, really pleased with it & the price was reasonable. It stated delivery 3 to 4 days but that's when they got it to the courier, who then took 5 more days to deliver it - not a problem as long as your aware ( which your not ). Also be aware that you will be receiving 3 to 4 emails a day offering you more products from them.”

“Easy to order, good representation of rug on the website. Very fast delivery time that was impressive. Good price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when we unwrapped it, the rug smelt really bad! It's going off a bit now but it was not pleasant.”

“The Rug itself is really nice, a good size, great pattern my only disappointment is that it still has ridges from the way it was packed. I have tried steaming it, folding it back the opposite way, vacuuming it even ironing it. I cannot put it outside in the sun so I will have to wait to try this in a few months time. Other than that very pleased with it.”

“The rug is lovely but the colour is not really as described or pictured. The colour given is saffron which is a rich golden yellow - and that is certainly what the picture indicated. The background colour is more like a beige/sandy colour - which was somewhat disappointing. I kept the rug because it still works in our scheme but it does not provide the "pop" of colour I was hoping for.”

“Nervous about buying on line but after months of searching the shops decided to risk it. Colours, thankfully were true to picture as it did need to be a good match with existing furniture. Easy to order, good price, quick delivery and arrived well packed. Very pleased and would use The Rug Seller again.”

“The Rug Seller prove a good selection of fine rugs and in this respect I can recommend them. The delivery, however is an entirely different prospect. I paid for premium next day delivery in order to receive prior to xmas. DHL failed on numerous occasions and it took a month to finally arrive. I can't buy from Rug Seller again unless they charge couriers”
