“I ordered 2 rugs and one arrived within 2 weeks. The other was delayed as the supplier had misread the order. I was promised it within the week. Then I was told it had been lost by the courier. Finally it turned up almost 4 weeks after the order had been placed. The Rug Seller answered my emails promptly every time I messaged them and even gave me a 10% discount which was good. My only slight grumble would be that they could have been proactive in contacting me rather than waiting for me to contact them each time. I would say they are a good company to deal with though.”

“I bought the quartz aurora au05 rug after seeing it in a local home furnishings store. It was quite a bit cheaper through the Rug Seller. The rug arrived within the agreed dates, well wrapped and as expected.”

“Happy with the runner, acceptable with 12/14 week delivery time as after all it was made to my measurements, down side was I was informed it would arrive on a certain morning, it did not arrive, I had waited in, so had to rearrange a date a week later.”

“Overall really pleased. One rug sadly was unavailable but the team kept me updated and offered alternatives from stock. Quality of rugs high, with nice texture and to size. Perfect for hardwood floors as correct backing on rug.”

“Delivery of the Rug arrived ok and well packed the only downsize, I noticed there was a small hole in the top end, but decided not to wrap it up and have the hassle of sending it back at my expense but to live with it as a dining room table is standing on it hence the 4 star rating 😕”

“This was my first purchasing experience with The Rug Seller. Items are great and customer service excellent. The only criticism I have is on delivery timescales, they are too long. I’m not sure if the courier company used is newly established and, if so, they maybe going through a learning curve, but the same courier has been used for this order and a current order that was placed over a week ago and I am yet to receive any despatch notifications. The delivery aspect is the only thing that is currently letting this company down.”
