“I have made two purchases from The Rug Seller and have been completely satisfied with both. The second was a bespoke order. Two runners of non standard sizes. Although I had to wait for twelve weeks, they arrived on time. Customer service is excellent and efficient.”

“I received my rug I ordered the plush rug in sand colour and its absolutely gorgeous really good quality and fit my livingroom perfectly. however there was a section that was slightly matted I contacted the rug sellar and sent photos, they decided it would be best to return the rug and get a new one which I was quite happy about, unfortunately they have only made contact once I have explained the days I would be in, I am still waiting. Apart from this the rug itself it lovely.”
