“I was disappointed with my rug, as the couolours did not match my room, which I obviously understand is a matter of preference and taste. But i was very very disheartened to find that I had to pay the returns cost in full, which cost me over £16!! This is an extremely large sum of money! I will not be ordering again as returns are not free.”

“Easy to use website, easy to order rug, rug was delivered very quickly and as soon as I unpacked it I was so happy with it I’m looking at getting more and have given website details to friends. The quality of my less than £50 rug/runner is fantastic, the colours match the picture perfectly m. Love my rug x”

“Hall runner arrived very quick. It is a little bit darker than I thought but that's because of the way the photo was lit on line. I was a bit disappointed that there is no backing to the rug but for the price I paid I am being a bit picky. The rug is nice and thick and looks lovely in my hallway.”
