“Bought rug to sit along side a matching rug, but the one from rugseller had a green tinge in background. They refused to pay return postage. I will not use this company again”

“I have bought 3 rugs from the Rug seller and find them a brilliant company in every aspect, they have a really super speedy delivery service, their customer service is excellent as I had to contact them about a refund for the wrong colour rug I ordered, very satisfied and would highly recommend as they have an extensive range of lovely rugs! Their website is a feast for the eyes and their prices won’t break the bank!”

“The rug was exactly the colour we wanted to match with the rest of the decor. It has a lovely deep pile and feels a good quality rug for the price. The rug arrived within a few days which was a pleasant surprise as it was the run up to Christmas. It was well packaged. Once unpacked I left it rolled up with the pile on the outside overnight so that when I put it down it laid flat.”

“Love my rug but shame the courier company delivered it to a wrong household !! Thank goodness the neighbour that lives 5 doors up who I’ve never met before was honest to advise that he took in the delivery otherwise could have been a different story.”
