“The rug is great quality, especially for the price! Exactly as shown on the website so great value for money. The delivery was slightly delayed from what was advertised - it was not an issue for me but it would have been good for them to let me know rather than for me to be contacting them to check. When I did contact them they were quick to respond (within 24 hours). Overall I would recommend and will be buying from them again :)”

“Appalling service. Got a message saying rugs were despatched, no sign of the rugs. Chased by email, took days to reply with a consignment number and courier. Checked the courier website, no consignment that matches the number - still no rugs. £2000 order. No rugs no service. I’ll ask my credit card company to disclaim the payments”

“DO NOY BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - 5 WEEKS IN AND i STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TWO RUGS!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY - BUT HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO EMAIL REQUESTS THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICES AND MY RUGS ARE AT A DHL DEPOT SOMEWHERE - NO ONE AT RUG SELLER CARES.........RUBBISH SERVICE......CAN'T COMMENT ON THE RUGS”

I received lots of updates and information about my order, which arrived promptly as promised. The rugs did absolutely not disappoint....both are absolutely stunning and of an extremely high quality, and I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again, highly recommended.”

“Best quality rug we’ve ever had. Medium pile, nice and soft, and a great cool neutral grey colour. Managed to get this at 20% discount offer making it cheaper by some margin compared to elsewhere. Arrived within the 10-14 day timescale. .”
