“From the first point of contact, the online chat facility, my questions and requests were answered with speed and efficiency. I then received an email with a record of our online conversation for my records. On ordering, the confirmation emails were received quickly and with clear information. My rug arrived safely within a week from dispatch, excellent considering that I live in the Channel Islands. I was super-impressed with the service of The Rug Seller.”

“Easy to order and pleased to have 10% off for a first order. Informed that rug had left the warehouse and told who the carrier was. However, I was unable to track delivery as suggested in email as no tracking number was provided. In the event, the carrier texted me an accurate time slot for delivery which was helpful.”

“The Rug Seller company dealt with my purchase extremely well. They kept in contact regularly with updates on progress. When my rug was available for delivery I was unable to be at home to accept it and we arranged a date when it was possible to deliver. The Rug Company kept hold of my rug for me and then delivered on the date agreed. I will definitely use the Rug Company in the future.”
