“I was extremely disappointed with my whole experience. The rug was almost a week late to be delivered to me and the quality of the rug was extremely poor. It was not worth the money whatsoever. I will be returning the item.”

“I am delighted with my rug from The Rug Seller. Excellent quality and price with a quick delivery. Colours are exactly as shown online. The Aurora rugs are soft and plush. Easy to vacuum and no shedding. I will definitely be ordering more rugs from The Rug Seller.”

“The rug did eventually arrive and was very nice but it took forever. I was told several different things which all turned out to be untrue and asked for a refund. But all of a sudden it arrived and I decided to keep it but the customer service is really poor. Was not happy with being told different things by different departments. One department didn’t know what the other was doing”
